Claims (18)
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung (1) zur Abdeckung eines längs am Dach verlaufenden Spaltes zwischen einer First- oder Gratbohle (2) und Dacheindeckungsplatten (3) mitgekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) einem Mittelteil mita1) einer an der Bohle (2) befestigbaren Auflage (11) unda2) mindestens einem an die Außenkanten der Auflage (11) angrenzenden, luftdurchlässigen Belüftungsabschnitt (12), und mitb) mindestens einem an jeden Belüftungsabschnitt (12) anschließenden Seitenteil (20), wobei jedes Seitenteil (20)b1) zumindest in seinem an seine äußere Kante angrenzenden Abschnitt (21) quer zur Längsrichtung der streifenförmigen Vorrichtung (1) ausbreitbar, plissiert ist, insbesondere wellenförmig plissiert ist, undb2) aus einem biegsamen Kunststoffmaterial besteht;c) die Höhe der Plissierung jedes Seitenteils (20) ist von dem an den jeweiligen Belüftungsabschnitt (12) anschließenden Rand zur äußeren Kante hin im wesentlichen konstant;d) die Materialdicke jedes Seitenteils (20) nimmt von dem an den jeweiligen Belüftungsabschnitt (12) anschließenden Rand zur äußeren Kante hin ab, unde) im Bereich des Übergangs von jedem Belüftungsabschnitt (12) zum angrenzenden Seitenteil (20) sind in Längsrichtung beabstandete Verstärkungseinrichtungen (22, 23) zur Verbesserung der Quersteifigkeit des Seitenteils (20) vorgesehen.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung mit nach oben abstehenden, in Längsrichtung beabstandeten Abstandshaltern (13) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungseinrichtungen (22, 23) im Bereich der Abstandshalter (13) und/oder zwischen diesen angeordnet sind.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände der Verstärkungseinrichtungen (22, 23) in Längsrichtung der streifenförmigen Vorrichtung der Teilung der von den Dacheindeckungsplatten (3) ausgebildeten Wellenform entsprechen.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungseinrichtungen vom Oberteil eines Abstandshalters (13) außen an diesem und am Seitenteil (20) entlang in den plissierten Seitenteil (21) auslaufende Verstärkungsrippen (22) und bevorzugt zusätzlich quer über dem Belüftungsabschnitt (12) verlaufende Zusatzrippen (22a) aufweisen.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (22) in den Scheitel eines nach außen gewölbten Plissierungsabschnittes auslaufen.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Verstärkungsrippen (22) vom Oberteil des Abstandshalters (13) aus bis zu ihrem in den Scheitel eines nach außen gewölbten Plissierungsabschnittes auslaufenden Ende stetig zunimmt.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungseinrichtungen an der einem Abstandshalter (13) entgegengesetzten Innenseite der streifenförmigen Vorrichtung bei und/oder zwischen den Abstandshaltern (13) angeordnete Verstärkungseinsätze (23) und bevorzugt zusätzlich quer unter dem Belüftungsabschnitt (12) verlaufende Zusatzeinsätze (23a) aufweisen, die den Übergangsbereich an der Kante zwischen dem Seitenteil (20) und dem Belüftungsabschnitt (12) überbrücken.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungseinsätze (23) als im wesentlichen dreieckförmige Stege ausgebildet sind.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einstückig mittels einer Spritzgußtechnik hergestellt ist.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere einem Polyolefin besteht.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest an den Seitenteilen (20) aus einem gegen UV-Licht beständigen Material, insbesondere aus Polypropylen-Material mit Zusätzen zur Verbesserung der Beständigkeit gegen UV-Licht und der Erhöhung der Dehnfähigkeit des plissierten Seitenteils (21) besteht.
- Steifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Plissierrung, gemessen von Wellenberg zu Wellental, etwa 2 mm bis 10 mm, insbesondere 4 mm bis 8 mm, besonders bevorzugt 5 mm bis 7 mm beträgt.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialdicke der Seitenteile (20) an den äußeren Kanten etwa 0,2 mm bis 0,6 mm, insbesondere 0,3 bis 0,5 mm, beträgt.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialdicke der Seitenteile (20) am Übergang zu den Belüftungsabschnitten (12), etwa 0,5 mm bis 1,5 mm, insbesondere 0,8 mm bis 1,2 mm beträgt.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plissierten Seitenteile (21) eine auseinanderspreizbare Form haben, die insbesondere aus ineinanderlaufenden Kreisbögen, Trapezformen, Winkelformen oder U-Formen aufgebaut ist.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plissierten Seitenteile (21), insbesondere an jedem einzelnen Plissierungsabschnitt, quer zur Wellenform oder in Scheitelrichtung der Plissierung verlaufende Federrippen (30, 31) aufweisen.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufrollbar als Meterware verlegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Streifenförmige Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im Extrusionsverfahren hergestellt ist.
