Claims (7)
- Zündeinrichtung für einen Verbrennungsmotor mit:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein einziges Kunstharz aufweist, das in das Gehäuse gegossen ist, um die Primär- und Sekundärwicklung und die Ausgangsmittel zu halten und zu isolieren.einer Primärspule (2) und einer Sekundärspule (4);Hochspannungsausgangsmitteln (11-13) der Sekundärspule, die geeignet sind, einem Zylinder eines Verbrennungsmotors einen Zündfunken zu liefern; undeinem Gehäuse, in dem die Primär- und Sekundärwicklungen und die Hochspannungsausgangsmittel angeordnet sind;
- Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Hochspannungsausgangsmittel einen Sockel (13) aus Keramik aufweisen, der die Leitungsmittel (11, 12) vom Gehäuse (7) isoliert.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2 mit einer Haube (24) aus Kunststoff zwischen den Spulen und den Hochspannungsausgangsmitteln.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der das Gehäuse eine Hülse aufweist, die an ein Masseteil (25) angelötet ist, das auf einen Sockel (13) gepreßt ist, der die Hochspannungsausgangsmittel vom Gehäuse isoliert.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das Gehäuse eine Hülse bildet, die auf einen Sockel (13) gepreßt ist, der es von den Hochspannungsausgangsmitteln isoliert.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einem Stopfen (27), der das Gehäuse gegenüber den Hochspannungsausgangsmitteln verschließt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zündeinrichtung für einen Verbrennungsmotor mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Herstellen einer Primärspule (2), einer Sekundärspule (4) und von Hochspannungsausgangsmitteln (11-13) der Sekundärspule, die geeignet sind, einem Zylinder eines Verbrennungsmotors einen Zündfunken zu liefern; undPositionieren der Primär- und Sekundärwicklung und der Hochspannungsausgangsmittel in einem Gehäuse (7); dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein einziges Kunstharz auf einmal in das Gehäuse gießt, um die Primär- und Sekundärwicklung und die Ausgangsmittel zu halten und zu isolieren.
