Claims (7)
- Organe d'allumage pour moteur à combustion interne comprenant:caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une résine unique coulée dans ledit boítier pour maintenir et isoler lesdits enroulements primaire et secondaire et lesdits moyens de sortie.un bobinage primaire (2) et un bobinage secondaire (4);des moyens (11-13) de sortie haute tension de ladite bobine secondaire susceptibles de fournir une étincelle d'allumage à un cylindre d'un moteur à combustion interne; etun boítier dans lequel sont disposés lesdits enroulements primaire et secondaire et lesdits moyens de sortie haute tension;
- Organe d'allumage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de sortie haute tension comprennent un culot (13) en céramique isolant les moyens conducteurs (11,12) du boítier (7).
- Organe d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, comportant un capuchon (24) de matière synthétique entre lesdits bobinages et lesdits moyens de sortie haute tension.
- Organe d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit boítier comporte une enveloppe soudée à une pièce de masse (25) sertie sur un culot (12) isolant lesdits moyens de sortie haute tension dudit boítier.
- Organe d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ledit boítier forme une enveloppe sertie sur un culot (13) l'isolant desdits moyens de sortie haute tension.
- Organe d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comportant un bouchon (27) fermant ledit boítier à l'opposé desdits moyens de sortie haute tension.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un organe d'allumage pour moteur à combustion interne, comprenant les étapes consistant à :caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend l'étape consistant à couler en une seule fois une résine unique dans ledit boítier pour maintenir et isoler lesdits enroulements primaire et secondaire et lesdits moyens de sortie.réaliser un bobinage primaire (2), un bobinage secondaire (4) et des moyens (11-13) de sortie haute tension dudit bobinage secondaire susceptibles de fournir une étincelle d'allumage à un cylindre d'un moteur à combustion interne; etplacer dans un boítier (7) lesdits enroulements primaire et secondaire et lesdits moyens de sortie haute tension;
