Claims (5)
- Feuchtwerk zum Aufbringen eines Feuchtmittels auf einen Formzylinder (1) für Offsetdruck mit einem Walzenstrang (4), der aus einer von einer Sprüheinrichtung besprühten Übertragungswalze (9), einer changierenden Reibwalze (10) und einer den Feuchtmittelfilm auf den Formzylinder (1) übertragenden Auftragwalze (3) besteht, wobei die Übertragungswalze (9) und die Auffragwalze (3) jeweils mit einer hydrophilen Gummi- oder Kunstoffschicht ausgestattet sind und die Reibwalze (10) mit Chrom oder Keramik beschichtet ist, weiterhin alle Walzen (9, 10, 3), den Einsatz eines alkoholfreien Feuchtmittels ermöglichend, an ihren gegenseitigen Kontaktstellen (5, 6) jeweils einen Schlupf bewirkend zwangsangetrieben sind, die Übertragungswalze (9) und die Auffragwalze (3) beiderseitig jeweils in einem koaxial zur Reibwalze (10) schwenkbaren Doppelhebel (11) gelagert sind, an dem Doppelhebel (11) ein gegen einen den Kontakt zwischen der Auftragwalze (3) und dem Formzylinder (1) einstellbar fixierenden Anschlag (13) steuerbarer, druckmittelbetriebener Arbeitszylinder (12) angelenkt ist, die Reibwalze (10) inclusive ihres Changierantriebes vom Formzylinder (1) mittels Stirnzahnrädern angetrieben ist und die Übertragungswalze (9) und die Auftragwalze (3) jeweils über ein Stirnzahnrad von der Reibwalze (10) angetrieben sind oder die Übertragungswalze (9) und die Auftragwalze (3) über Kettenräder und eine Kette oder einen Zahnriemen und ein in ein deren Trume eingreifendes, mit einem gestellfesten oder mit dem Doppelhebel (11) verbundenen Elektromotor in Verbindung stehendes Kettenrad gemeinsam angetrieben sind.
- Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Übertragungswalze (9) und die Auftragwalze (3) jeweils beiderseitig in Stellexzentern gegenüber der Reibwalze (10) einstellbar gelagert sind.
- Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß im Feuchtmittelvorlauf und/oder im Feuchtmittelrücklauf jeweils eine mit der den Feuchtfilm auf den Formzylinder (1) auftragenden Walze (3) des Walzenstranges (4) kontaktierende Verreibwalze (14; 15) angeordnet ist, wobei die Verreibwalze (14) im Feuchtmittelvorlauf mit Chrom und die Verreibwalze (15) im Feuchtmittelrücklauf mit Kupfer oder Rilsan beschichtet ist.
- Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verreibwalzen (14; 15) mit dem Changierantrieb der Reibwalze (10) gekoppelt sind.
- Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 3 und 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verreibwalzen (14; 15) jeweils beiderseitig in Stellexzentern gegenüber der von ihnen kontaktierten Auftragwalze einstellbar gelagert sind.
