Claims (12)
- Transportsystem mit nebeneinander angeordneten Schienen (2a, 2i) und einem darauf verfahrbaren und kurvengängigen Fahrzeug (1) mit an einem Rahmen angeordneten und um senkrechte Achsen (5) schwenkbaren Fahrwerken (4) und mit in Fahrtrichtung gesehen an einer Fahrzeugseite zwischem dem Rahmen (3) und dem jeweiligen vorderen und hinteren Fahrwerk (4) angeordneten Tragschenkeln (8), die um eine senkrechte Schwenkachse (10) schwenkbar an dem Rahmen (3) gelagert sind, wobei die Schwenkachsen (10) der Tragschenkel (8) in Fahrtrichtung (F) gesehen im Bereich der halben Länge des Fahrzeuges (1) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ausgehend von einem weitestgehend parallelen Verlauf der Schienen (2) im Kurvenbereich die innere Schiene (2i) derart in Richtung der äußeren Schiene (2a) eingezogen ist, daß das innere, hintere Fahrwerk (4hi) während der Durchfahrung des Kurvenbereiches seine Abrollrichtung beibehält. - Transportsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Kurvenbereich die äußere Schiene (2a) kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet ist und im Kurvenbereich die innere Schiene (2i) einen ersten entgegen der Krümmungsrichtung des Kurvenbereichs verlaufenden Kreisbogenabschnitt aufweist, dem ein erster gerader Schienenabschnitt folgt, an den sich ein zweiter in Krümmungsrichtung des Kurvenbereichs gekrümmter Kreisbogenabschnitt anschließt, dem ein Zweiter gerader Schienenabschnitt folgt und an dem sich ein dritter entgegen der Krümmungsrichtung des Kurvenbereichs gekrümmter Kreisbogenabschnitt anschließt. - Transportsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand der eingezogenen inneren Schiene (2i) zu der äußeren Schiene (2a) etwa dem 0,8-fachen des Abstandes S entspricht, der Maß für den Abstand der Schienen (2) in einem geraden Schienenabschnitt ist. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwenkachsen (10) der Tragschenkel (8) in Fahrtrichtung (F) gesehen hintereinander angeordnet sind. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragschenkel (8) die gleiche Länge aufweisen. - Transportsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwenkachsen (10) der Tragschenkel (8) ausgehend von der Fahrzeugseite zur Mitte des Fahrzeugs (1) versetzt sind. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß je zwei vordere und hintere Fahrwerke (4) vorgesehen sind und die Länge der Tragschenkel (8) so gewählt ist, daß jeweils die vorderen und die hinteren Fahrwerke (4) in Fahrtrichtung (F) gesehen auf einem geraden Abschnitt der Schienen (2) nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eines der Fahrwerke (4) über einen Elektroantrieb (13) angetrieben ist, der über an der Schiene (2) angeordnete Schleifleitungen versorgbar ist. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fahrwerke (4) im wesentlichen aus einem Laufrad (11) bestehen, das über Führungsrollen (12) an der Schiene (2) geführt ist. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schienen (2) im Querschnitt I-förmig ausgebildet, über Stützen auf dem Boden abgestützt sind und das Fahrzeug (1) auf den Obergurten (14) der Schienen (2) verfahrbar ist. - Transportsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrollen (12) an den Längsseiten der Obergurte (14) verfahrbar sind. - Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fahrwerke (4) in den Eckpunkten eines gedachten Quadrates angeordnet sind.
