Abstract

Une ensacheuse verticale (10) pour produire des sachets d'emballage (22) avec un fond plat ou à bloc de support comprend un tuyau de moulage (12) dont la partie inférieure (27) a deux sections (28, 29) de transition entre une section transversale circulaire d'admission (31) et une section transversale rectangulaire de sortie (33), en passant par une section transversale intermédiaire carrée (32). La section transversale intermédiaire (32) permet de compenser presque entièrement les différences de longueur entre les génératrices (1a-1b-1c à 8a-8b-8c) dans le sens longitudinal du tuyau de moulage (12). On empêche ainsi presque entièrement le matériau d'emballage de se bosseler et de se rider sur les faces latérales des sachets d'emballage (22).

Claims (3)

  1. Ensacheuse verticale (10) pour produire, à partir d'une bande d'un matériau d'emballage (14), des emballages en forme de sac (22) présentant une section rectangulaire et une fermeture de fond constituée de deux plis latéraux repliés en V, comprenant :
    un tube de formage (12) pour donner à la bande de matériau d'emballage (14) la forme d'un tuyau (16) dont la section d'entrée (31) est circulaire tandis que la section de sortie (33) est rectangulaire, avec le même périmètre que la section d'entrée,
    en aval de la section de sortie (33) du tube de formage (12), un dispositif de pliage (25) pour former des plis latéraux au moins dans la zone du fond de la partie extrême du sac,
    un dispositif de soudure transversale et de séparation (21) pour réaliser des cordons de fermeture dans la zone de pliage du sac (16) et pour séparer un sac (22) de la partie extrême du tuyau (16),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le tube de formage (12) entre sa section d'entrée (31) circulaire et sa section de sortie (33) rectangulaire, présente une section intermédiaire (32) complémentaire, de même périmètre que les deux autres sections (31, 33), et de forme carrée.
  2. Ensacheuse selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les génératrices (1b, 1c à 4b, 4c) reliant aux quatre coins la section intermédiaire carrée (32) et la section rectangulaire de sortie (33), ont la même longueur.
  3. Ensacheuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les parties (28, 29) du tube de formage, situées entre la section d'entrée et la section de sortie, sont remplacées par des éléments ayant la forme de barres, disposées au moins dans la zone des génératrices (1a, 1b, 1c à 4a, 4b, 4c) des parties (28, 29) du tube de formage.
