Description
Zur weiteren Vergleichmäßigung der auf den Film ausgeübten Zugkraft ist vorgesehen, daß der Capstanrolle Umlenkrollen vor- und nachgeordnet sind, welche für eine ausreichende Filmumschlingung der Capstanrolle sorgen, womit der Schlupf zwischen Film und Capstanrolle minimiert wird. Falls dennoch einmal ein Filmriß auftreten sollte, sorgt ein Endschalter dafür, daß der Filmriß automatisch detektiert und der Filmantrieb abgeschaltet wird.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand eines in den Zeichnungen veranschaulichten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von belichteten Filmen (1), mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuerung für den Antriebsmotor (61) vorgesehen ist, welche die von der Antriebsrolle (60) auf den Film (1) ausgeübte Zugkraft derart regelt, daß die Zugkraft über den gesamten Durchmesser der Filmaufwickelrolle (60) gleichmäßig und konstant bleibt, und daß unmittelbar vor und hinter der Capstanrolle (70) Umlenkrollen (51, 52) angeordnet sind, welche für eine Umschlingung des Films (1) um einen wesentlichen Teil des Umfangs der Capstanrolle (70) vorgesehen sindeiner ersten Trockenreinigungsstation (30) in Form eines Ionisierungsgerätes, welches eine elektrostatische Entladungseinrichtung (31, 32) sowie Mittel (33, 34) zum Entfernen von entladenen Staubteilchen aufweist,gegebenenfalls einer zweiten Trockenreinigungsstation (40), welche durch Adhäsion oder elektrostatische Anziehung von beiden Filmoberflächen Schmutz- und Staubpartikel entfernteine Capstanrolle (70) zum Abziehen des Films (1) von einer Abwickelrolle (10) durch die Trockenreinigungsstation(en), undeine der Capstanrolle (70) nachgeordnete Filmaufwickelrolle (60) mit Antriebsmotor (61),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kurz vor der zweiten Trockenreinigungsstation (40) ein Endschalter (7) in der Filmbahn angeordnet ist, welcher einen Filmriß detektiert und auf die Antriebsmotoren (61, 71) der Filmaufwickelrolle (60) und der Capstanrolle (70) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der zweiten Trockenreinigungsstation (40) und der Capstanrolle (70) eine Shuntrolle (4) angeordnet ist, mittels welcher der Film (1) unter Umgehung der zweiten Trockenreinigungsstation (40) geführt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filmaufwickelrolle (10) und die Abwickelrolle (60) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind, wobei der Film (1') unmittelbar zwischen beiden Rollen (10, 60) unter Umgehung der Trockenreinigungsstationen (30, 40) umgerollt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Gehäuses (20) eine Absaugeinrichtung (90) mit vor/geschaltetem Staubfilter (80) für die in der ersten Trockenreinigungsstation (30) abgebürsteten Schmutz- und Staubpartikel angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschmutzungsgrad des Staubfilters (80) sensorisch (100) erfaßt und angezeigt wird.
