Der Antrieb der Schneidzylinder 8, 9 und Heftzylinder 11, 12 erfolgt mittels eines Planetenzahnradgetriebes von einem Hauptantriebzahnradzug ausgehend. Hierzu weist der Sammelzylinder 4 ein Zahnrad 38 mit einer Zähnezahl z38, z. B. z38 = 132, auf, das von einem nichtdargestellten Antrieb angetrieben wird. In dieses Zahnrad 38 des Sammelzylinders 4 greift ein im Seitengestell 1 gelagertes Zwischenzahnrad 39 mit der Zähnezahl z39, z. B. z39 = 64, zum Antrieb des Schneid- und Heftzylinderträgers 3 ein, das wiederum mit einem zweiten, im Seitengestell 1 gelagerten Zwischenzahnrad 41 mit einer Zähnezahl z41, z. B. z41 = 64, zusammenwirkt. Dieses Zwischenzahnrad 41 wälzt mit einem Zahnrad 42 mit einer Zähnezahl z42, z. B. z42 = 88, des Schneid- und Heftzylinderträgers 3 ab, wodurch der Schneid- und Heftzylinderträger 3 mit der Drehzahl n3 rotiert.
An der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Schneidzylinder 8, 9 ist an dem Schneidzylinder 8 ein zweites, schrägverzahntes Planetenzahnrad mit einer Zähnezahl z51, z. B. z51 = 52, befestigt, das in ein auf einem konzentrisch zur Drehachse 6 des Schneid- und Heftzylinderträgers 3 gelagerten, frei drehbaren, ebenfalls schrägverzahnten Sonnenzahnrad 52 mit einer Zähnezahl z52, z. B. z52 = 78, eingreift. Dieses Sonnenzahnrad 52 ist mit einem zweiten, schrägverzahnten Sonnenzahnrad 53 mit einer Zähnezahl z53, z53 = 78, fest verbunden und beide Sonnenzahnräder 52, 53 sind gemeinsam mittels eines Stellantriebes 54 axial verschiebbar. Das zweite Sonnenzahnrad 53 wälzt mit einem Planetenzahnrad 56 mit einer Zähnezahl z56, z. B. z56 = 52, des jeweiligen Heftzylinders 11, 12 ab, wodurch der Heftzylinder 11, 12 mit einer Drehzahl n11 rotiert. Die Schrägungen der Verzahnungen von Sonnen- bzw. Planetenzahnrad 52, 51 der Schneidzylinder 8, 9 sind ungleich der Schrägung der Verzahnung von Sonnen- bzw. Planetenzahnrad 53, 54 der Heftzylinder 11, 12, wodurch eine Phasenverschiebung zwischen Schneidzylinder 8, 9 und Heftzylinder 11, 12 durchgeführt werden kann. Hiermit kann die Heftung einem Unter- bzw. Oberfalz angepaßt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel mit dreiteiligen Sammelzylinder 4 beschränkt, sondern kann auch auf andere Schneid- und Heftvorrichtungen mit beispielsweise fünf- oder siebenteiligen Sammelzylinder angepaßt werden.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Heften von Signaturen (57), insbesondere in einem Falzapparat einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit mindestens einem Heftzylinder (11; 12) mit jeweils einer Anzahl von Heftköpfen (22) und einem Gegenzylinder (4) der Gegenschließlager (36) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit einer Drehzahl (n3) antreibbarer Heftzylinderträger (3) zur Aufnahme der Heftzylinder (11; 12) vorgesehen ist, daß der/die Heftzylinder (11; 12) rotierbar im Heftzylinderträger (3) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachsen (6; 16, 17) von Heftzylinderträger (3) und Heftzylinder (11; 12) konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren des Heftzylinderträgers (3) mit den Heftköpfen (22) jeweils zusammenwirkende Biegehörner (29) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine parallel zu einer Drehachse (6) des Heftzylinders (11) verlaufende Innenfläche (31) des Biegehornes (29) in Drehrichtung des Heftzylinders (11) einen Abstand zur Drehachse (6) des Heftzylinders (11) verringernd angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegehorn (29) als hohlzylinderförmiges Kreissegment ausgebildet ist und daß das Kreissegment exzentrisch zur Drehachse (6) des Heftzylinders (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche (31) des Biegehornes (29) jeweils spiralförmig bezüglich der Drehachse (6) des Heftzylinders angeordnet ist.
