Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour fabriquer un câblage (4) avec un sens de câblage variable à partir de brins (1) de section ronde ou principalement non ronde, comprenant une tête d'assemblage (3) pouvant être entraínée dans un sens de rotation variable avec des galets (5, 6) pour chaque brin (1), dont le profil de galet est adapté à la forme de section des brins (1), caractérisé en ce que, pour le câblage des brins (1) sans rotation arrière, la tête d'assemblage (3) présente pour chaque fil un guide galet en forme d'arc avec des premiers galets vus dans le sens de marche du fil (7), autour desquels les brins (1) sont déviés avec une distance radiale croissante à l'axe de rotation de la tête d'assemblage (3) vers l'extérieur en direction de seconds galets (5, 6), et avec des troisièmes galets, vers lesquels les brins (1) sont déviés des seconds galets (5, 6) vers l'intérieur avec une distance radiale décroissante à l'axe de rotation de la tête d'assemblage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, vu dans le sens de marche (7) des fils (1), il est prévu en amont de la tête d'assemblage (3) une réserve de torsion pour les brins (1) du câblage (4), qui est formée de disques de guidage logés de façon rotative et en ce que les disques de guidage présentent des galets de guidage adaptés au profil des fils.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les disques de guidage sont entraínés de façon synchrone par rapport à la tête de câblage au moyen d'un arbre de transmission avec des rapports de transmission différents et décalés.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le guide d'entrée fixe dans la réserve de torsion, de manière identique à la tête d'assemblage selon la revendication 1, présente pour chaque fil un guide galet en forme d'arc, dont le profil est adapté à la forme de section des fils.
