Definitions
- the invention relates to a distribution chute for a bellless blast furnace coating system with an outer jacket made of steel, an interior paneling made of abrasion-resistant material and with cooling water connections on the chute holder to supply the lower part of the chute with cooling water.
- Blast furnaces especially large blast furnaces, as well as by corresponding renovation of modernized small furnaces, are operated today in the counter pressure process.
- DE 20 35 458 describes a bellless shaft furnace inspection known, alternately by the blast furnaces through two or more inspection locks over one in the blast furnace head below an outlet funnel arranged, rotating distribution chute with bulk material be loaded.
- the Möller is over an adjustable pouring device fed to the inspection locks. These are on their inlets and outlets with suitable sealing and Butterfly valves are provided in the payment cycle be opened or closed.
- the Möller is led into a storage vessel and from this by a vertical, fixed Inlet of the rotatable and arranged in the furnace head angle-adjustable distribution chute.
- a distributor chute is known from DE 26 29 782, which is a semi-tubular, made of heat-resistant steel manufactured jacket with a material outlet channel and has a material impact element.
- the distribution chute holder consists of two duckbills Cramps.
- the distribution chute is covered on the inside from individual wear parts, which are scale-like are nested within each other.
- a double floor Cavity provided at those points of the outer jacket, which are most exposed to heat radiation are. This cavity is created by the Attach an outer protective jacket, which is over the whole part exposed to heat radiation the chute length extends.
- Cooler circulates a coolant which is supplied through a peripheral channel. This The channel receives the coolant by means of a transition line on the bracket of the distribution chute.
- the outer jacket with an ff layer lined.
- DE 44 30 265 A1 describes a distributor chute for Installation in an oven, especially for use in a bell-less blast furnace inspection system, known to have a chute body with a top and a bottom surface, the top surface being a Schurrenkanal forms and at least the bottom partially exposed to radiant heat in the oven.
- the cooling medium is used to hold the ceramic plates flowed through hollow profiles in lateral grooves of the Ceramic plates can be engaged, with the hollow profiles through the ceramic plates are largely covered and have a circular cross-section.
- the ceramic plates are between two in parallel, with one Intermediate distance on the chute body attached hollow profiles insertable.
- the object of the invention was therefore to cool the known distribution chute of a large blast furnace improve the specific pig iron production too increase and minimize downtimes.
- the distributor chute is a copper-clad steel sheet used that in the thickness of almost equal parts a steel base plate and a copper plate consists.
- the cooling channels can also be curved, elliptical or in another rounded shape or diamond, triangular or in another straightforward form in the copper sheet be arranged.
- the open cooling channels are along the entire length with segments made of thin copper sheet, which are approx. 25% the wall thickness of the copper layer of the clad Sheet, weld pressure-tight and form thereby a closed cooling channel, so that a Controlled cooling (forced cooling) of the distribution chute on the side facing the hot side.
- the copper-clad sheet is the Distribution chute with a layer on the outside ff material (spray compound or gate locking material) against Heat radiation and the aggressive top gases in addition protected.
- the invention is based on schematic Exemplary embodiments explained in more detail.
- Fig. 1 shows the copper-clad steel sheet (5) cold forming into a so-called half-shell or semicircular trough.
- the cold cooling water is supplied from the outside via a cooling water supply line (3) fed to the cooling channels (8), the heated water is discharged through the cooling water discharge line (4) dissipated.
- a cooling water supply line (3) fed to the cooling channels (8), the heated water is discharged through the cooling water discharge line (4) dissipated.
- Fig. 2 shows a section through the copper-clad Sheet steel (5) with the upper base plate (6) made of steel and the lower copper sheet (7) before cold working.
- the copper sheet (7) according to Fig. 1st Cooling channels (8) incorporated, which are then continuous welded to a cooling duct cover (9) become.
- holes (12) in the copper-clad Sheet steel (5) introduced.
- Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the distribution chute (1) after cold working of the copper-clad Steel sheet (5) to a half-shell.
- the wall of the distribution chute (1) is exposed four components together. Inside are by means of Fasteners (13) the wearing parts (11) in Bores (12) on the base plate (6) and copper plate (7) attached. The side of the copper-clad sheet (5) is used to protect against Corrosion and radiant heat with one ff material (10) lined.
- Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section through the distributor chute (1) with the duckbill-shaped chute holder (2).
