Claims (8)
- Vliesmaschine zum Herstellen von Faservlies, aufweisend mehrere kontinuierliche Bänder (1, 2, 3), die mit mehreren Schlitten (5, 6, 7) verbunden sind, die hin und her laufend verschiebbar sind, wobei die Bewegung des verschiebbaren Schlittens (5), der in dem unteren Teil zu liegen kommt, die Positionierung des Faservlieses auf dem Förderer (14) festlegt, der ein erstes kontinuierliches Band (1) und ein zweites kontinuierliches Band (2) aufweist, wobei ein erstes (1) und ein zweites (2) der kontinuierlichen Bänder mit einem ersten (5) und einem zweiten (6) der verschiebbaren Schlitten verbunden sind, wobei die Bewegung des ersten Schlittens oder des unteren Schlittens (5) die Positionierung des Faservlieses auf dem Förderer (14) festlegt, wobei der zweite Schlitten (6) sich aufgrund der Spannung des ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder verschiebt, wenn der erste Schlitten (5) sich verschiebt und im entgegengesetzten Sinn zu dem zuletzt genannten Schlitten, wobei der Förderer außerdem ein drittes kontinuierliches Band (3) aufweist, das mit einem dritten Schlitten (7) verbunden ist, der zwischen den ersten (5) und zweiten (6) der Schlitten zu liegen kommt, wobei die Bänder (1, 2, 3) sehr nahe zueinander angeordnet sind, um das Faservlies von der oberen Nut (A), die zwischen den ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder festgelegt ist zu der unteren Nut (D) zu führen, welche den ersten Schlitten (5) quert und außerdem durch die ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der kontinuierlichen Bänder in bezug auf die vertikale Längsebene (4) der Maschine symmetrisch verlaufen, wenn sie sich in mittlerer Position befinden, und dass die Position der oberen Nut (A) stationär ist.
- Vliesmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei mit dem dritten Schlitten (7) fest verbundene Rollen (11) aufweist, die einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der größer ist als der Durchmesser der Rollen (2) des dritten Bands (3), und dass sie außerdem zwei Paare von Rollen (8, 9) in der oberen Nut (A) und zwei Paare von Rollen (9) in der unteren Nut (D) aufweist.
- Vliesmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (15) aufweist, die dazu dienen, die Bewegung der ersten (5) und dritten (7) der Schlitten zu synchronisieren.
- Vliesmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die dazu dienen, die Bewegung der ersten (5) und dritten (7) der Schlitten zu synchronisieren zwei Treibriemen (15) sind, von denen jeder auf einer Flanke der Maschine (17) und auf dem ersten Schlitten (5) zur Verbindung gebracht ist und in ein drittes Rad (16) eingreift, das mit dem dritten Schlitten (7) fest verbunden ist, damit die Bewegung des ersten Schlittens (5) die Bewegung des dritten Schlittens (7) in derselben Richtung umfasst.
- Vliesmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des ersten Schlittens (5) durch einen Motor bewirkt wird.
- Vliesmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder um die Rolle (11) verlaufen, wobei diese Rollen (11), die mit dem Schlitten (7) fest verbunden sind, eine der Rollen (11) ist, die mit dem dritten Schlitten über eine Transmission (13) verbunden ist, die das dritte Band (3) in Drehung versetzt.
- Vliesmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (18) zum Regeln der Spannung der ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder aufweist.
- Vliesmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (18), die zum Regeln der Spannung der ersten (1) und zweiten (2) der Bänder dienen, für jedes dieser Bänder eine erste Platte (20) die mit dem Rahmen der Maschine fest verbunden ist, und eine Platte (21) umfassen, die mit einem verschiebbaren Träger fest verbunden ist, auf dem die seitlichen Rollen (9) angebracht sind, über welche das Band läuft, und einen zwischen diesen Platten (20, 21) angelenkten Schrauben-/Muttermechanismus (19).
