Claims (9)

  1. Schließzylinder (10) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, der ein mit einer Achse (A1) versehenes zylindrisches Gehäuse (12) umfaßt, welches an einem vorderen axialen Ende (14) zur Montage eines axial in das Innere des Gehäuses (12) eingeführten Rotors (16) offen ist, wobei Anschlagmittel vorgesehen sind, die den Rotor (16) heckseitig axial im Gehäuse (12) zurückhalten, und wobei eine Abdeckung (46) vorhanden ist, die in der montierten Stellung das vordere Ende (14) des Gehäuses (12) verschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ring (26) zur vorderen axialen Sicherung des Rotors (16) im Gehäuse (12) angeordnet ist, daß der Ring (26) an dem Gehäuse (12) durch eine bajonettartige Vorrichtung fixiert ist, wobei mindestens zwei radiale Vorsprünge (28) des Ringes (26) bei dessen Rotation um seine Achse (A1) in einen Sitz (30) des Gehäuses (12) eingreifen, und daß in der montierten Stellung zur Verriegelung des Ringes (26) die Abdeckung (46) zum Verschließen des Gehäuses (12) verhindert, daß die Vorsprünge (28) des Ringes (26) aus ihrem Sitz (30) treten.
  2. Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsring (26) kreisringförmig ausgebildet sowie koaxial zum Schließzylinder angeordnet ist und zwei diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnete Vorsprünge (28) aufweist, die sich radial nach außen erstrecken, daß die innere zylindrische Oberfläche (32) des Gehäuses (12) mit zwei nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen (42) versehen ist, die sich bis zum vorderen axialen Ende (14) des Gehäuses (12) erstrekken, um einen axialen Eingriff des Ringes (26) bis in eine Position in das Gehäuse (12) zu erlauben, in der jeder der Vorsprünge (28) sich in einem Sitz (30) befindet, der in der inneren zylindrischen Oberfläche des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, daß die Sitze (30) axial durch zwei transversale Seitenwände begrenzt sind und jeweils eine transversale Eintrittsöffhung umfassen, die seitlich in die entsprechende Ausnehmung (42) mündet und daß die Vorsprünge (28) durch Rotation des Ringes (26) um seine Achse (A1) in die Sitze (30) eingeführt sind.
  3. Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (46) die Mittel (56) zur Verriegelung des Ringes (26) umfaßt, die sich axial nach hinten vor die Eintrittsöffnung jeder der Sitze (30) erstrecken, so daß das Gehäuse (12) durch die Abdeckung (46) geschlossen ist.
  4. Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (28) des Ringes (26) sich radial nach außen über eine äußere Oberfläche (60) des Gehäuses (12) hinaus erstrecken und daß die Verriegelungsmittel (56) der Abdeckung (46) sich außerhalb des Gehäuses (12) erstrecken.
  5. Schließzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sitze (30) des Gehäuses (12) in radialen Ausstülpungen (34,36) des Gehäuses (12) angeordnet sind, daß die Abdeckung (46) eine transversale Blende (48) und einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (50) umfaßt, der sich axial nach hinten erstreckt und zur Überdeckung der axialen Öffnung (14) des Gehäuses dient, und daß der rohrförmige Abschnitt (50) mit axialen Ausnehmungen (52) versehen ist, die sich zum hinteren Ende (54) des Abschnittes (50) erstrecken und von denen die Ausstülpungen (34,36) des Gehäuses (12) aufgenommen werden, derart, daß ein axialer Rand (56) der jeweiligen Ausnehmung (52) sich axial bis vor die Eintrittsöffnung jeder der Sitze (30) erstreckt, wenn das Gehäuse (12) durch die Abdeckung (46) verschlossen ist.
  6. Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Ausnehmung (52) der Abdeckung (46) über zwei axiale Ränder (56) mit den entsprechenden Seitenflächen (58) der Ausstülpungen (34,36) des Gehäuses (12) zusammenwirkt, um eine Drehung der Abdeckung (46) um die Achse (A1) des Schließzylinders (10) zu verhindern.
  7. Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende (14) des Schließzylinders (10) das Ende ist, in welches der Schlüssel eingeführt wird, und daß der Ring (26) und die Blende (48) der Abdeckung (46) jeweils mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für den Schlüssel versehen sind.
  8. Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (46) elastisch an dem Gehäuse (12) angeordnet ist, daß der Schließzylinder (10) an einem Karosserieteil eines Fahrzeuges befestigt ist, derart, daß sich sein vorderes Ende (14) in einer Öffnung des Karosserieteiles befindet, und daß die Abdeckung (46) gegenüber der Öffnung ein Übermaß aufweist, so daß das Karosserieteil die Abdeckung (46) sichert.
  9. Schließzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (26) aus Metall besteht.
