Claims (8)

  1. Fugenabdeckung (1) für Oberflächenbeschichtung (19, 20, 20', 20"), umfassend
    ein längliches bzw. gestrecktes Profil (2), umfassend
    eine erste, von außen sichtbare Oberfläche und eine zweite Oberfläche (4), die der ersten gegenüberliegt bzw. entgegengesetzt ist,
    zwei parallele Längsrippen (5, 6), die von der zweiten Oberfläche (4) vorragen,
    Randanschläge bzw. -umschläge bzw. Leisten (7, 8), die sich zueinander von jeder Längsrippe (5, 6) erstrecken, wobei sie zwischen sich einen Abstand vorbestimmter Breite (D) ausbilden,
    eine Längskehle bzw. -rille (9), die zwischen der zweiten Oberfläche (4) des Profils, den Längsrippen (5, 6) und den Leisten (7, 8) definiert ist und die eine Längsöffnung über die Länge des Abstands vorbestimmter Breite (D) aufweist,
    ebenso wie
    Festlegungsmittel (3) des Profils (2) an einer Oberfläche (19), umfassend jeweils
    einen Kopf (10), der eine größere Breite als jene (D) des vorgenannten Abstands aufweist und in der Kehle (9) des Profils (2) gelagert ist, wenn sich das Profil in der Festlegungsposition befindet, und
    ein auf der Oberfläche verankerbarer Körper, der mit dem Kopf (11) über die Längsöffnung der obengenannten Kehle (9) verbunden ist, wenn das Profil sich in der Festlegungsposition befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Festlegungsmittel (3) umfaßt:
    einen vorgenannten Kopf (10), der vom Körper trennbar ist, welcher unabhängig in die Längskehle (9) des Profils (2) einführbar ist, wobei der Kopf (10) einen Stiel bzw. Schaft (11) besitzt, welcher an einem Ende mit einem Kugelgelenk bzw. Kippzapfen (12) versehen ist und welcher, wenn sich der Kopf (10) in der Kehle (9) eingesetzt befindet, durch die Längsöffnung desselben hindurchtritt, wobei das Kugelgelenk (12) außerhalb des Profils (2) gelagert ist,
    einen vorgenannten Körper, der mit einem Lager (17) für das Kugelgelenk, das nach außen offen ist, versehen ist, in welches das Kugelgelenk (12) des Kopfes (10) durch Einrasten bzw. Einklipsen eingefügt werden kann, und
    wobei das Kugelgelenk (12) des Kopfes (10) und das Lager (17) für das Kugelgelenk des Körpers dazu bestimmt sind, eine Gelenkverbindung in der Einsetzposition des Kugelgelenks (12) in das Lager (17) auszubilden, welche Gelenkverbindung eine Neigung des Kopfes (10) des Festlegungsmittels (3) und dementsprechend des Profils (2) in bezug auf seinen Körper ermöglicht.
  2. Fugenabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kugelgelenk (12) eine kugelige Form aufweist und daß das Lager (17) des Kugelgelenks eine kreisförmige Öffnung (18) aufweist, die zu dem Profil gerichtet ist, welche einen geringfügig kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als jenen des kugelförmigen Kugelgelenks (12).
  3. Fugenabdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgenannte Körper einen Verankerungsschaft (13) und einen Gelenkkopf (15) aufweist, in welchem das Lager (17) für das Kugelgelenk angeordnet ist.
  4. Fugenabdeckung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsschaft (13) ein Außengewinde (14) aufweist und daß der Körper Verschraubungsmittel umfaßt.
  5. Fugenabdeckung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkkopf (15) als Verschraubungsmittel mit mehreren, äußeren Abschrägungen bzw. Flächen, die fähig sind, mit einem geeigneten Schraubenschlüssel wechselzuwirken, versehen ist.
  6. Fugenabdeckung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsschaft (13) als Verschraubungsmittel einen Hohlraum mit mehreren Abschrägungen bzw. Flächen (21) aufweist, welcher mit dem Äußeren über das Lager (17) für das Kugelgelenk wechselwirkt und in welchen ein geeigneter Schraubenschlüssel eingesetzt werden kann.
  7. Fugenabdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Festlegungsmittel (3) außerdem ein Dübelmittel (16) umfaßt, das in einer Oberfläche festlegbar ist, welche eine Ausnehmung aufweist, in welcher der Körper desselben in fixer Weise eingespannt werden kann, um seine Verankerung an der Oberfläche zu ermöglichen.
  8. Fugenabdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf einer Oberfläche verankerbare Körper ein Nagel, ein Kopfbolzen oder ein analoges Element ist.
