Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Verpacken eines pastenartigen Produkts, das geeignet ist, in einen wenigstens halbflüssigen Zustand gebracht zu werden, insbesondere von Käse, in mit Polypropylen eingewickelte prismaförmige oder zylindrische Portionen, wonach man einen kleinen Napf durch Herumwickeln eines Bogens um einen Dorn bildet, wobei man die so gebildete Umhüllung den Dorn überragen lässt, man einen Boden an der in bezug auf den Rand der Umhüllung zurückgesetzten Stirnseite des Dorns anlegt und den überragenden Teil der Umhüllung auf den Boden umklappt, so dass ein kleiner Napf gebildet wird, man diesen Napf teilweise mit dem zu verpackenden Produkt füllt, einen Deckel auf das Produkt setzt und dann den Rand des Napfes auf den Deckel umklappt und den Rand der Umhüllung und den Rand des Napfes bei kontrollierter Temperatur in warmem Zustand umklappt.
  2. Installation zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit wenigstens einer Zufuhrstation (1), welche eine Polypropylenfilm-Spule (2) und Mittel (3) zum Schneiden des Films in Blättchen (26) aufweist, mit einer Station (4) zum Auflegen und Aufschweissen von Aufreissbändern (27), vorzugsweise aus Polypropylen, auf die Blättchen, und zwar wenigstens auf den grössten Teil ihrer Länge, mit einer Transfermaschine, die einen beweglichen Träger (5) aufweist, welcher mit Dornen (6) versehen ist, deren Form der Form des zu verpackenden Produktes entspricht, mit einer Umwicklungsstation (7) zum Umwickeln der Dorne mit den Blättchen (26) derart, dass röhrenförmige Umhüllungen gebildet werden, die das freie Ende der Dorne überragen, mit einer Zufuhrstation (9) für Böden (29) aus Polypropylen, welche dieselbe Form und dieselben Abmessungen haben wie der Querschnitt der Dorne, mit einer Station (8) zum Anlegen dieser Böden an die in bezug auf die Umhüllungen zurückgesetzte Seite des Dorns, mit einer Station (10) zum Heissumbiegen des überragenden Teils der Umhüllungen auf die Böden (29) bei kontrollierter Temperatur, um Näpfe (35) zu bilden, eine Versiegelungsstation (11) zum Versiegeln der Böden, mit einer Etikettierstation (12), welche ein Etikett (33) auf den Boden und den umgeklappten Teil der Umhüllung legt und dort aufklebt, mit einer Ausgabestation (13) zum Ausgeben der Näpfe (35) und zum Aufstellen der Näpfe auf den Boden, mit einer Dosier- und Füllstation (16) zum teilweisen Füllen der Näpfe (16), mit einer Zufuhrstation (37) zum Zuführen von Deckeln, die dieselbe Form und dieselben Abmessungen haben wie der Querschnitt des Dorns (6), eine Station (17) zum Aufsetzen dieser Deckel auf das pastenartige Produkt in den Näpfen, mit einer Station (18) zum Heissumbiegen der Seiten der Umhüllung auf den Deckel bei kontrollierter Temperatur und mit einer Versiegelungsstation (19) zum luftdichten Verschliessen der Näpfe mit den Deckeln.
  3. Installation nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Träger ein Karrussel (5) ist.
