Claims (14)

  1.   9. Dispositif pour la fabrication de paquets de groupement où un groupe d'objets (33) constitué de plusieurs objets est entouré d'une première banderole (17, 19) et ensuite d'une deuxième banderole (18, 20) qui croise la première, caractérisé par le fait que le groupe d'objets (33) est transporté sur une voie à paquets (34) qui est constituée d'un tronçon d'amenée (35), d'un tronçon de transport transversal (38) perpendiculaire au précédent et d'un tronçon d'évacuation (41) qui est perpendiculaire au tronçon de transport transversal (38) et s'étend parallèlement au tronçon d'amenée (35) et en particulier dans la même direction de transport, et dans chacune de la zone du tronçon de transport transversal (38) et de la zone du tronçon d'évacuation (41) est placé un dispositif à banderoles (42, 58) qui plie les banderoles (17, 19 et 18, 20) en position relative perpendiculaire autour du groupe d'objets (33).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone de chaque dispositif à banderoles (42, 58), une banderole (17, 19 ou 18, 20) est tenue dans un plan vertical, la banderole (17, 19 ; 18, 20) étant détachée d'une bande de matériau (30, 60) amenée au-dessus de la voie à paquets (34) et étant tenue par des transporteurs verticaux de façon que le groupe d'objets (33) soit transporté de façon à traverser librement le plan des banderoles (17, 19 ; 18, 20).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau (30, 60) ou la banderole (17, ..., 20) est transportée dans la zone du dispositif à banderoles (42, 58) par un transporteur vertical (62) qui, pour le positionnement exact de la banderole (17, ..., 20) sur la trajectoire du groupe d'objets (33), est amené dans une position située en dehors de cette trajectoire, en particulier est descendu dans une position située au-dessous de la trajectoire (34) des paquets.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le transporteur vertical (62) est constitué de deux courroies aspirantes parallèles espacées (63, 64) qui saisissent la bande de matériau (30, 60) ou les banderoles (17, ..., 20) et les transportent vers le bas, et lors du mouvement de transport vers le bas, en même temps, les courroies aspirantes (63, 64) sont descendues.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins dans la zone du premier dispositif à banderoles (42), les objets du groupe d'objets (33) non joints entre eux sont stabilisés par des organes de maintien mobiles dans la formation du groupe d'objets (33), en particulier par une plaque verticale (50) placée, dans la direction de mouvement du groupe d'objets (33), devant celui-ci et qui est placée immédiatement devant le plan des banderoles (17, ..., 20) et peut être reculée de la trajectoire du groupe d'objets (33) lorsque celui-ci traverse le dispositif à banderoles (42, 58) pour prendre une banderole (17, ..., 20).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone des dispositifs à banderoles (42, 58) sont placés à la suite du transporteur vertical (62) des guidages supérieurs et inférieurs pour le groupe d'objets (33) pour le pliage en forme de U de la banderole (17, ..., 20), en particulier un guidage supérieur (48) et un guidage inférieur (49) en forme de plaque.
