Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Ersetzen einer ersten Bahn durch eine zweite Bahn mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Platte (7) ortsfest montiert ist und die erste und die zweite Platte (2, 3) so angelenkt sind, daß in einer ersten Stellung die erste und die dritte Platte (2, 7) und in einer zweiten Stellung die zweite und die dritte Platte (3, 7) mit ihren gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen nahezu aneinandergrenzen und mit ihren beiden, die Folien aufnehmenden Oberflächen in einer Ebene liegen.einer Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines ersten Bahnwickels undeiner Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines zweiten Bahnwickels,einer ersten Platte (2) zum Erfassen des Bahnanfanges der Bahn (6) des ersten Bahnwickels (5) und einer zweiten Platte (3) zum Erfassen des Bahnanfanges der Bahn (24) des zweiten Bahnwickels (23), und einer dritten Platte (7) zum Erfassen eines endseitigen Abschnittes einer dritten Bahn (28),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Platte (2, 3) auf ihrer der dritten Platte (7) abgewandten Seite um eine gemeinsame Achse (1) in die erste bzw. zweite Stellung schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Platten (2, 3) um einen festen Winkel zueinander geneigt sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Ersetzen einer ersten Bahn durch eine zweite Bahn mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Platte (32) und die zweite Platte (33) raumfest angeordnet sind und daß die dritte Platte (30) um eine an ihrem der ersten Platte (32) und der zweiten Platte (33) abgewandten Ende liegenden Achse (31) zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Winkelstellung so hin- und herschwenkbar ist, daß in einer ersten Stellung die erste und die dritte Platte (32, 30) und in einer zweiten Stellung die zweite und die dritte Platte (33, 30) mit ihren gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen nahezu aneinander grenzen und mit ihren beiden die Folien aufnehmenden Oberflächen in einer Ebene liegen.einer Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines ersten Bahnwickels und einer Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines zweiten Bahnwickels,einer ersten Platte (32) zum Erfassen des Bahnanfanges der Bahn (6) des ersten Bahnwickels (5) und einer zweiten Platte (33) zum Erfassen des Bahnanfanges der Bahn (24) des zweiten Bahnwickels (23), und einer dritten Platte (30) zum Erfassen eines endseitigen Abschnittes einer dritten Bahn,
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei jede Platte auf der Aufnahmefläche eine über die Fläche verteilte Vielzahl von Bohrungen aufweist, die mit einer Vakuumquelle verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Platte auf ihrer der dritten Platte abgewandten Seite der die Bohrungen aufweisenden Aufnahmefläche eine Klemmeinrichtung aufweist, die die aufzunehmende Folie in Richtung zur dritten Platte hin freigibt und in entgegengesetzter Richtung gegen ein Verrutschen verriegelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (20) für eine Klebebandrolle (21) derart, daß deren Achse (21') sich quer zur Vorschubrichtung erstreckt und die Rolle (21) genau über der Verbindungsstelle zwischen der ersten (2, 32) und der dritten (7, 30) bzw. zweiten (3, 33) und dritten (7, 30) Platte liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuerung (14), die die Vakuumzufuhr für die drei Platten (2, 32; 3, 33; 7, 30) und einen Antrieb für die Winkeleinstellung der beweglichen Platte steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Anhalten des Betriebes der Maschine das Vakuum an der ersten (2, 32) bzw. zweiten (3, 33) Platte und der dritten Platte (7, 30) eingeschaltet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Inbetriebsetzen der Maschine das Vakuum an der ersten (2, 32) und der dritten (7, 30) oder der zweiten (3, 33) und der dritten (7, 30) Platte abgeschaltet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der ersten (2, 32) und der zweiten (3, 33) Platte eine Maßeinrichtung zum Anzeigen des Abstandes bis zu dem der dritten (7, 30) Platte zugewandten Rand der jeweiligen Platte vorgesehen ist.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 an einer Verpackungsmaschine zum Verpacken von Produkten in aus einer Folienbahn geformte Behältnisse.
