Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Radialdrehschieber zur Steuerung des Dampfdurchsatzes bei einer Dampfturbine, mit einem unbeweglichen Festring (1) und einem konzentrisch auf diesem drehbeweglich angeordneten Drehring (2), dessen Winkelstellung durch einen Servomotor veränderbar ist. Der Drehring (2) besitzt erste Steuerprofile (4a), die mit entsprechenden zweiten Steuerprofilen (4b) des Festrings (1) so korrespondieren, daß zwischen den Steuerprofilen (4) liegende Steuerschlitze (17) im Sinne eines Öffnens oder Schließens veränderbar sind. Der Drehring (2) ist im Bereich der Gehäuseteilfuge durch eine Drehringteilfuge (16) in ein Drehringoberteil (2a) und ein Drehringunterteil (2b) geteilt. Um das zwischen Festring (1) und Drehring (2) zum Gleiten benötigte Spiel zu optimieren, ist vorgesehen, daß Drehringoberteil (2a) und Drehringunterteil (2b) durch geeignete Verbindungsmittel (8, 9; 11 bis 15) so miteinander verbunden sind, daß der Abstand von mindestens zwei sich gegenüberstehenden Halbringenden veränderbar ist. Dadurch ist eine Veränderung des Drehring-Innendurchmessers ermöglicht, und das für Drehbewegungen erforderliche Gleitspiel zwischen Drehring (2) und Festring (1) kann entsprechend angepaßt werden.
