Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelzellenpumpe mit einem Rotor (5), der zur verschieblichen Aufnahme von Flügeln (11) radial verlaufende Schlitze (9) aufweist und der mit seinen Stirnflächen an Dichtflächen anliegt, die mit Saug- und Druckbereichen zugeordneten Ansaug- und Förderöffnungen versehen sind, und mit einem die Flügel (11) umgebenden Saug-, Vorkompressions- und Druckbereiche bildenden Konturring (15). Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die kinematische Vorkompression in einer Förderzelle größer als die gewünschte Vorkompression ist, und daß die Ansaugöffnung (21) eine in Drehrichtung verlaufende Öffnungserweiterung (33) aufweist, die einen steilen Druckanstieg im Vorkompressionsbereich (125) auf den gewünschten Wert abschwächt.
