Claims (16)
- Reinigungsvorrichtung zur Reinigung einer Walze (24) in einer Papiermaschine, mit einer Spritzeinrichtung zum Bespritzen der Walze (24) mit einem Reinigungsmedium und einer Einrichtung zur Entfernung des Reinigungsmediums von der Walzenoberfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzeinrichtung als Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung (46, 76, 86) mit einem Arbeitsdruck von mindestens 10 bar, vorzugsweise von mindestens 40 bar ausgebildet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung mindestens ein Nadelstrahlspritzrohr (46) umfaßt, das parallel zur Längsachse der Walze (24) angeordnet ist und eine Mehrzahl von Hochdrucknadeldüsen (50) umfaßt, die in Längsrichtung der Walze (24) verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung mindestens ein Nadelstrahlspritzrohr (76) mit einer Mehrzahl von in Drehrichtung (23) der Walze (24) hintereinander angeordneten Hochdrucknadeldüsen (78) umfaßt, das an einem Traversierwagen (73) angeordnet ist; der in Längsrichtung der Walze (24) hin und her traversierbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung mindestens eine Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) mit einem Arbeitsdruck von mindestens 50 bar, vorzugsweise mit einem Arbeitsdruck von etwa 100 bis 250 bar umfaßt.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) von einer zur Walzenoberfläche hin offenen Saugglocke (91) umschlossen ist, die mit einem Unterdruck beaufschlagt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugglocke (91) eine elastische Ummantelung oder einen Bürstenrand (95) aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) eine Rotationsachse (99) aufweist, die gegenüber der Flächennormalen der Walzenoberfläche geneigt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) einen Düsenkopf (96) mit mindestens einer Reinigungsdüse (100) aufweist, die gegen die Rotationsachse (99) der Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) geneigt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) einen Düsenkopf (96) mit mindestens einer Reinigungsdüse (100) umfaßt, deren Düsendurchmesser 0,1 mm bis 0,8 mm, vorzugsweise 0,2 mm bis 0,4 mm, insbesondere 0,2 mm bis 0,4 mm beträgt.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Rotationsdüseneinrichtungen (86) vor der Walzenoberfläche über die Walzenbreite verteilt angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Rotationsdüseneinrichtung (86) an einem Traversierwagen (81) angeordnet ist, der in Längsrichtung der Walze (24) hin und her traversierbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Drehrichtung (23) der Walze (24) hinter der Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung (46, 76, 86) eine Spüleinrichtung (88) angeordnet ist, die mit einer größeren Flüssigkeitsmenge als die Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung versorgt wird, um die Walzenoberfläche zu spülen.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spüleinrichtung als Flachstrahlspritzrohr (88) ausgebildet ist, das sich parallel zur Walzenoberfläche in Längsrichtung der Walze (24) erstreckt.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Drehrichtung (23) der Walze (24) gesehen vor der Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung (46, 76, 86) mindestens ein Schaber (82) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Entfernen des Reinigungsmediums mindestens einen in Drehrichtung (23) der Walze (24) gesehen hinter der Hochdruckspritzeinrichtung (46, 76, 86) bzw. hinter der Spüleinrichtung (88) angeordneten Schaber (84) umfaßt.
- Verwendung einer Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Reinigung einer Keramik- oder Granitwalze (14).
