Claims (8)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung an einer Pumpe, die aus einer Einlaßleitung ansaugt und in eine Auslaßleitung fördert, welche Sicherheitseinrichtung mindestens eine durch ein Entlastungsventil öffenbare und schließbare auslaßseitige Druckentlastungsleitung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) ein Störfalldetektor (4; 104; 204) an der Pumpe oder an der Auslaßleitung (22; 122; 222) angeordnet ist,b) die Druckentlastungsleitung (20; 120; 220) mit der Einlaßleitung (12; 112; 212) der Pumpe über das als Servoventil ausgebildete Entlastungsventil (16; 116; 216) zumindest zeitweise verbunden ist,c) das Entlastungsventil (16; 116; 216) durch den Störfalldetektor (4; 104; 204) gesteuert wird. - Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckentlastungsleitung (220) durch einen Abschnitt der Einlaßleitung (212) gebildet ist, daß das Entlastungsventil (216) das Einlaßventil (236) der Pumpe umfaßt und daß das Entlastungsventil (216) durch einen Stellmotor (242) in Abhängigkeit vom Ausgangssignal des Störfalldetektors (204) in ständiger Offenstellung gehalten wird.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störfalldetektor (4) einen Sensor (24) und einen dessen Ausgangssignal erhaltenden Komparator (28) aufweist, wobei der Sensor (24) mindestens einen Betriebsparameter wie z.B. Druck, Temperatur und/oder Vibrationen aufnimmt und die Ausgangssignale im Komparator (28) mit vorab definierten Grenzwerten verglichen werden, so daß bei Über- oder Unterschreitung mindestens eines Grenzwertes das Entlastungsventil (16) geöffnet wird.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störfalldetektor (104; 204) ein Dehnelement, vorzugsweise einen Thermowachsschalter (142; 242) umfaßt, welcher im Falle einer übermäßigen Temperaturerhöhung ein Öffnen des Entlastungsventils (116; 216) bewirkt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entlastungsventil (16; 116; 216) ein Magnetventil oder ein fluidgesteuertes Ventil ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entlastungsventil (16; 116; 216) ein Kegel-, ein Kugel-, ein Klappen- oder ein Membranventil ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaßleitung (12; 112; 212) mit einem dehnbaren, gasdichten Puffer-Behälter (60) verbunden ist und daß die Einlaßleitung (12; 112; 212) nach außen mit einem Rückschlagventil (62) verschließbar ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Pumpe oder/und in der Entlastungsleitung (20; 120; 220) ein Wärmetauscher (64) zur Kühlung des umgeleiteten Gases angeordnet ist.
