- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un appareil pour creuser des tranchées dans le sol selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, et
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe du moufle tournant de l'appareil de la figure 1.
Claims (7)
- Appareil pour réaliser des tranchées dans le sol, du type prévu pour creuser des excavations en progressant verticalement dans le sol, comportant un châssis (8) muni, à sa partie supérieure, d'un moufle pivotant (9) pour sa suspension par un câble (14) à un engin de levage (1-7) et, à sa partie inférieure, de tambours de fraisage, aptes à désagréger le terrain sur une section permettant le passage du châssis (8) dans le sillage des tambours de fraisage, l'appareil comportant en outre un flexible (27) qui le relie à la surface du sol et sert à l'évacuation des débris de terrain arrachés par les tambours de fraisage, caractérisé par le fait que le moufle pivotant (9) est motorisé.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moufle pivotant (9) est constitué par un joint tournant simple comprenant une partie supérieure (10) reliée à l'engin de levage (1-7) et une partie inférieure (11) reliée au châssis (8), les deux parties du joint étant axialement pivotantes l'une par rapport à l'autre, autour d'un canal (19) raccordé au flexible (27) d'évacuation des débris pompés au voisinage des tambours de fraisage.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moufle pivotant (9) est constitué par un joint tournant multiple qui comporte, en plus d'un canal central (19) raccordé eu flexible (27) d'évacuation des débris, au moins un canal annulaire périphérique (18, 21) pour le passage du fluide sous pression d'alimentation des moteurs du châssis.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le flexible (27) d'évacuation des débris est relié au moufle pivotant (9) par un raccord pivotant (28) qui peut être débloqué en rotation.
- Procédé de réalisation de tranchées à l'aide d'un appareil de forage du type comprenant un châssis (8) muni à sa partie supérieure d'un moufle pivotant (9) relié par un câble (14) à un engin de levage (1-7), châssis à la partie inférieure duquel des tambours de fraisage sont entraínés en rotation pour désagréger le terrain en permettant audit châssis (8) de s'enfoncer dans le sol, ledit appareil comportant en outre un flexible (27) qui le relie à la surface du sol et sert à l'évacuation des débris de terrain arrachés par les tambours de fraisage, ce procédé étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il consiste à détecter une éventuelle rotation du châssis (8) par rapport à son axe longitudinal vertical et à faire tourner le moufle pivotant (9) en direction opposée à celle de la rotation du châssis (8) pour imprimer un couple de rotation au châssis (8) en s'appuyant sur le flexible et/ou sur les câbles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'on bloque le moufle pivotant (9) en rotation par rapport au flexible (27) d'évacuation des débris.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'on libère temporairement le moufle pivotant (9) en rotation par rapport au flexible (27) d'évacuation des débris.
