Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Anschließen von Heizkörpern an eine Warmwasser-Heizanlage mit einem Vorlaufrohr und einem Rücklaufrohr, wobei diese Rohre in der Gebäudewand oder im Estrich des Bodens verlegt sind und mit ihren Anschlußbereichen aus der Wand oder dem Estrich hervorstehen, und wobei die Anschlußrohre zum Heizkörper entsprechend den baulichen Gegebenheiten auf Länge geschnitten, gegebenenfalls gebogen und danach sowohl mit den Anschlüssen des Heizkörpers als auch mit dem Vorlaufrohr und dem Rücklaufrohr flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Einleitung der Verbindungsmaßnahmen ein einteiliges Rohrbauelement in Form eines U-förmigen Doppelrohrbogens hergestellt wird, dessen parallel verlaufende Rohrteile am oberen U-Schenkel über einen Verbindungsbereich flüssigkeitsdicht miteinander verbunden sind, während die parallelverlaufenden Rohrbereiche am unteren U-Schenkel die Anschlüsse für das Vorlaufrohr und das Rücklaufrohr enthalten, das wenigstens die Rohrteile des oberen U-Schenkels durch den Verbindungsbereich in einem definierten Abstand voneinander gehalten werden, und daß zur Herstellung der Verbindung des Vorlaufrohres und des Rücklaufrohres mit den Anschlüssen des Heizkörpers der Verbindungsbereich des oberen U-Schenkels nach Verbringung des U-förmigen Doppelrohrbogens in die Endmontagestellung abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrteile des oberen U-Schenkels und die Rohrteile des unteren U-Schenkels über die Basis des U-förmigen Doppelrohrbogens flüssigkeitsdicht miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Herstellung des U-förmigen Doppelrohrbogens aus einem einzigen Rohrstück vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung durch Schweißen oder Löten einzelner Rohrlängen und Rohrbögen vorgenommen wird.
