Claims (7)
- Gymnastikgerät zum Strecken und Stärken der Rücken- und Bauchmuskulatur, bei dem Griffe (8) entgegen der Kraft mindetens einer Feder gegen eine Abstützstange (3) bewegbar ist, wobei die Abstützstange (3) mit den Griffen (2) über eine Teleskopstange (1) miteinander in Verbindung stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei an gegeneinander bewegbaren Teilen (1a, 1b) der Teleskopstange (1) abgestützte Federn (4, 5, 6) vorgesehen sind, wobei die verschiedenen Federn (4, 5, 6) unterschiedliche Federkonstanten aufweisen und an der Teleskopstange (1) außen und diese umgebend angeordnet sind.
- Gymnastikgerät zum Strecken und Stärken der Rückenmuskulatur, bei dem Griffe (8) entgegen der Kraft mindestens einer Feder gegen eine im wesentlichen gerade verlaufende Abstützstange (3) bewegbar ist, wobei die Teleskopstange (1) mittig der Abstützstange (3) im wesentlichen senkrecht von dieser absteht und die Griffe (8) zu beiden Seiten des anderen Endbereiches der Teleskopstange (1) vorgesehen sind, und zwischen der Abstützstange (3) und den Griffen (8) im entspannten Zustand der Feder ein dem Abstand zwischen der Rumpfbeuge und der Hand des Benutzers bei nach oben gestreckten Armen entsprechender Abstand vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei an gegeneinander bewegbaren Teilen (1a, 1b) der Teleskopstange (1) abgestützte Federn (4, 5, 6) vorgesehen sind, wobei die verschiedenen Federn (4, 5, 6) unterschiedliche Federkonstanten aufweisen und an der Teleskopstange (1) außen und diese umgebend angeordnet sind.
- Gymnastikgerät gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (4, 5, 6) aus einem Elastomer hergestellt sind.
- Gymnastikgerät gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (4, 5, 6) an der Teleskopstange (1) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Gymnastikgerät gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (4, 5, 6) in der Reihenfolge ihrer Anordnung auf der Teleskopstange (1) steigende Federsteifigkeiten aufweisen.
- Gymnastikgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (4, 5, 6) verschieden gefärbte Mantelflächen aufweisen, vorzugsweise jedoch verschiedenfarbig durchgefärbt sind.
- Gymnastikgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil (1a) der Teleskopstange (1) durch einen elastischen Körper (13) - etwa aus Hartgummi - unterbrochen ist, um ein seitliches Ausschwenken der Teleskopstange zu ermöglichen.
