Claims (12)

  1.        en ce que l'immobilisation mutuelle des deux paquets de culasse ou du paquet (1) de culasse et du paquet (2) de noyau s'effectue par quatre éclisses (5.1 à 5.4) de soudage profilées, courant le long des paquets extérieurs de branche et les entourant au moins partiellement, ces éclisses étant soudées aux tranches du côté frontal d'au moins une partie des tôles de culasse du paquet (1) de culasse et à deux plaques (6.1, 6.2) de pied s'appliquant à l'autre paquet de culasse ou au paquet (2) de noyau.
  2. Transformateur ou bobine suivant la revendication 1,
       caractérisé
    en ce que les éclisses (5.1 à 5.4) de soudage sont des tôles découpées en forme de U qui par leur âme relient le paquet (1) de culasse à l'autre paquet de culasse ou à la partie correspondante du paquet (2) de noyau, en s'appliquant aux grands côtés des tôles extérieures des branches extérieures et aux tôles extérieures de culasse des deux paquets de culasse ou du paquet de culasse et de la partie correspondante du paquet de noyau,
    en ce que les branches des éclisses de soudage sont coudées à 90° respectivement par rapport aux même côtés et s'appliquent par les extrémités coudées aux tranches du côté frontal d'au moins une partie des tôles de culasse des deux paquets de culasse ou du paquet de culasse et de la partie correspondante du paquet de noyau, et

Transformateur ou bobine suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (6.14, 6.24) sont conçus sous la forme de fentes ménagées dans les branches (6.13, 6.23) de chaque plaque de pied et ouvertes d'un côté, dont la largeur correspond à l'épaisseur des éclisses (5.22 à 5.42) de soudage.
  7. Transformateur ou bobine suivant l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que dans les branches (6.13, 6.23) de chaque plaque de pied sont ménagées des fentes (6.15, 6.25) aux bords desquelles sont fixées par des cordons de soudure, les tôles du paquet (1) de culasse ou de la partie correspondante du paquet (2) de noyau.
  8. Transformateur ou bobine suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la culasse est munie, là où elle se transforme en une branche, d'une entaille (5.23 à 5.43) parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la branche.
  9. Transformateur ou bobine suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les bords de l'entaille (5.23 à 5.43) convergent en forme d'arc au fond de l'entaille.
  10. Transformateur ou bobine suivant la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur de l'entaille (5.23 à 5.43) est de l'ordre de grandeur d'un millimètre ou de quelques millimètres.

Procédé de fabrication d'un transformateur ou d'une bobine dont le noyau est constitué d'au moins un paquet (1) de culasse et de plusieurs paquets de branche réunis éventuellement à un autre paquet de culasse en un paquet (2) de noyau pour la réception d'enroulements (3.1-3.3) et dans lequel ou dans laquelle, l'immobilisation des deux paquets de culasse ou du paquet (1) de culasse et de la partie correspondante du paquet (2) de noyau s'effectue par l'intermédiaire de quatre éclisses de tôle profilées, entourant au moins en partie les paquets extérieurs de branche
       caractérisé
       en ce que les éclisses (5.1 à 5.4) de soudage sont soudées par l'une de leurs extrémités d'abord au paquet (1) de culasse, les cordons de soudure s'étendant sur les tranches frontales ou proches du côté frontal d'au moins une partie des tôles de culasse,
    en ce qu'après l'adaptation du paquet de branche et des enroulements (3.1 à 3.3), l'autre paquet de culasse ou en même temps que les paquets de branche et les enroulements le paquet (2) de noyau est adapté entre les éclisses de tôles,
    en ce qu'ensuite deux plaques (6.1, 6.2) de pied sont enfilées sur les extrémités libres des éclisses de tôles, des languettes (5.22 à 5.42) en saillie des éclisses de tôles venant dans des évidements (6.14, 6.24) correspondants des plaques de pied, et
