Description
Claims (8)
- Kontakteinrichtung bei elektrischen Installationsgeräten zur steckbaren Verbindung mit stift- oder zungenförmigen Anschlussfahnen (5.1), die ihrerseits jeweils in ein taschenförmiges Klemmstück (1) der Installationsgeräte einsetzbar und dort federelastisch kontaktierbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in dem Klemmstück (1) ein hohlzylindrischer Federkörper (3) angeordnet ist, über den umfangsseitig die Kontaktkraft zwischen der jeweiligen Anschlussfahne (5.1) und einer Kontaktfläche (1.3) des Klemmstücks herstellbar ist, wobei der Federkörper (3) mit senkrecht zur Einsteckrichtung der Anschlussfahnen (5.1) verlaufender Axialrichtung in dem Klemmstück (1) angeordnet ist. - Kontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federkörper (3) die Form einer Druckfeder aufweist, deren Windungen relativ eng aneinander liegen und radial belastbar sind.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federkörper (3) lose in ein Rahmenteil (1.1) des Klemmstücks (1) eingelegt und gegen Herausfallen gesichert ist.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federkörper (3) gegenüberliegend von der Kontaktfläche (1.3) an einer Anlagefläche (1.2, 1.2') des Klemmstücks (1) abgestützt ist.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (1) als Teil einer Schraubanschlussklemme (2) ausgebildet und vorzugsweise an deren Unterseite innerhalb des Gerätesockels angeordnet ist.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (1) ein separates Rahmenteil (1.1) aufweist, welches die mit der Schraubanschlussklemme (2) verbundene Kontaktfläche (1.3) und den Federkörper (3) gitterartig umschließt.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (1) unterhalb eines Klemmkastens (2.1) der Schraubanschlussklemme (2) als käfigartige, den eingelegten Federkörper (3) jeweils gegen die Einsteckkräfte der Anschlussfahnen (5.1) abstützende Verlängerung ausgebildet ist.
- Kontakteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, insbesondere für nebeneinander angeordnete, auf einer Profilschiene aufrastbare Leitungsschutzschalter oder andere Reiheneinbaugeräte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussfahnen (5.1) an einer zur Einspeisung dienenden Stiftsammelschiene (5) angeordnet und jeweils von der Unterseite der Gerätesockel her durch eine Gehäuseöffnung (4.1) in das Klemmstück (1) einsteckbar sind.
