Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rost für eine Feuerungsanlage mit mindestens einer Rostbahn (1) mit mehreren in Längsrichtung abwechselnden, beidseitig von Seitenwänden (2) begrenzten und mit Kühlkanälen, sowie Zu- und Abfuhrleitungen (15, 16) versehenen Fest- und Bewegtrostbelageinheitenreihen (3, 4), wobei die Rostbelageinheiten (11, 12, 13) an ihrem Hinterende mit einem feststehenden bzw. beweglichen Rostbelagträger (6) verbunden sind und mit ihrem Vorderende auf der nachfolgenden Rostbelageinheit (11, 12, 13) aufliegen, und wobei die Kühlkanäle im wesentlichen quer zur Längsrichtung des Rostes angeordnet sind. Der Rost ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlkanäle mäanderförmig angeordnete, in die Rostbelageinheiten (11, 12, 13) eingegossene Rohre (9) sind, deren Rohrteilung der thermischen Belastung der Rostbelageinheiten angepasst ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Rohrteilung vom Hinterende zum Vorderende der Rostbelageinheit (11, 12, 13) abnehmend.
