Claims (18)
- Rahmenbauteil, insbesondere aus Holz, recycletem Brettmaterial oder dgl., für Fenster, Türen, Fassadenkonstruktionen und dgl., unter Verwendung von gefalteten, mindestens einseitig mit einer Schutzschicht versehenen Brettelementen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere durch Faltung hergestellte Winkelelemente (6, 7, 8) vorgesehen sind und diese miteinander derartig im Verbund stehen, daß mindestens ein Zwischenraum (12) zur Aufnahme von Beschlagteilen (4) gebildet wird. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Einzelelement (9) vorgesehen ist, welches mit den Winkelelementen (6, 7, 8) im Verbund steht. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rahmenbauteil aus einem ersten Teilelement (1), insbesondere einem Fensterstock und einem zweiten Teilelement (2), insbesondere einem Fensterrahmen, besteht. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste Teilelement (1) aus einem ersten Winkelelement (6) mit gefalteten ersten bis fünften Abschnitten (6a-e) besteht, wobei die Abschnitte (6a-e) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig miteinander verbunden sind. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der fünfte Abschnitt (6e) in eine Vertiefung (11d) des zweiten Abschnitts (6b) hineinreicht. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der Anspruche 3 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zweite Teilelement (2) ein zweites Winkelelement (7), ein drittes Winkelelement (8) sowie Einzelelemente (9, 9') aufweist, wobei die zweiten und dritten Winkelelemente (7 und 8) jeweils L-förmig gefaltet sind und die beiden Schenkel des Winkelelementes (7) aus gefalteten ersten und zweiten Abschnitten (7a, 7b) bzw. dritten und vierten Abschnitten (7c, 7d) bestehen und die beiden Schenkel des dritten Winkelelementes (8) aus gefalteten ersten und zweiten Abschnitten (8a, 8b) bzw. einem dritten Abschnitt (8c) bestehen, wobei die beiden Winkelelemente (7 und 8) über einen Schenkel des dritten Winkelelementes (8) sowie ein parallel zu diesem Schenkel angebrachtes erstes Einzelelement (9) in Verbindung stehen. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der dritte Abschnitt (8c) des dritten Winkelelementes (8) in eine erste Vertiefung (11a) des zweiten Abschnitts (7b) des zweiten Winkelelements (7) hineinführt und das erste Einzelelement (9) in zweite und dritte Vertiefungen (11b bzw. 11c) des zweiten Winkelelements (7) bzw. dritten Winkelelementes (8) ausgenommen ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zweites Einzelelement (9') an der Außenseite des dritten Abschnitts (8c) des dritten Winkelelements angebracht ist und im Falle der Ausbildung des zweiten Teilelementes (2) als Fensterrahmen die Glasscheibe (3) zwischen zweiten Einzelelement (9') und dem ersten Abschnitt (7a) des zweiten Winkelelementes (7) aufgenommen ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Abschnitten des zweiten Winkelelements und dem Seitenbereich des zweiten Abschnitts (8b) des dritten Winkelelements ein Zwischenraum (12) angeordnet ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich des Zwischenraums (12) ein Beschlagteil (4) angebracht ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Beschlagteil (4) am ersten Einzelelement (9) befestigt ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zweite Winkelelement (7) aus ersten bis fünften Abschnitten (7a-7e) ausgebildet ist und der Endbereich des fünften Abschnitts (7e) in die dritte Vertiefung (11c) des zweiten Abschnitts (8b) des dritten Winkelelements (8) hineinragt. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen fünften Abschnitt (7e) und der zweiten Vertiefung (11b) des zweiten Aschnitts (7b) des zweiten Winkelelements (7) ein drittes Einzelelement (9") eingefügt ist. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Beschlagteile (4) in von den ersten, zweiten und dritten Winkelelementen (6,7,8) sowie Einzelelementen (9,9',9") gebildeten Zwischenräumen (12) angebracht sind. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Winkelelemente (6, 7, 8) sowie die Einzelelemente (9, 9', 9") beidseitig mit einer Schutzschicht versehen sind. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste Teilelement (1) und/oder das zweite Teilelement (2) Innenbereiche (15) aufweisen. - Rahmenbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im zweiten Teilelement (2), welches insbesondere als Fensterrahmen ausgebildet ist, erste und zweite Belüftungsröhrchen (13, 13') zur Belüftung der Glasscheibe (3) angebracht sind. - Rahmenbauteil nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Belüftungsröhrchen (13, 13') im Endbereich verbreiterte Kopfbereiche (14) aufweisen.
