Claims (10)
- Längs- oder Querschneideinrichtung mit mindestens einem Schneidmesser (1) für einen Falzapparat einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/die Schneidmesser (1) auf einer von seinen beiden Schneidflächen (2; 3), beginnend ab/in der Nähe der Schneidkante (4), ganz oder teilweise über die gesamte Breite (a) und gesamte Länge mit einem Hartstoffüberzug (7) aus einem Werkstoff aus der Gruppe der Metallcarbide,- nitride, -oxide, -boride oder -silicide, einzeln oder in Kombinationen versehen ist/sind.
- Längs- oder Querschneideinrichtung mit mindestens einem Schneidmesser (1) für einen Falzapparat einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/die Schneidmesser (1) auf einer von seinen Schneidflächen (2; 3), beginnend ab/in der Nähe der Schneidkante (4) ganz oder teilweise über die gesamte Breite (a) und gesamte Länge mit einer Substanz (8) beschichtet ist, die aus metallfreien amorphen Kohlenstoffschichten (DLC-Schichten) mit hoch quervernetzten Kohlenstoffnetzwerken bestehen, denen Wasserstoff angelagert ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Fluor (F-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Silicium (Si-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Bor (B-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Stickstoff (N-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Sauerstoff (O-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Schneidmesser nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hartstoffüberzug (7) oder die Substanz (8) mit einer Schichtdicke von 0,5 bis 15 µm aufgebracht ist.
- Schneidmesser nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Querschneiden von Papierbahnen die beschichtete Schneidfläche (2) des Schneidmessers (1) so in einem Querschneidzylinder angeordnet ist, daß die beschichtete Schneidfläche (2) die nachlaufende Schneidfläche ist.
- Schneidmesser nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Längsschneiden von Papierbahnen die unbeschichtete Sollverschleißseite so angeordnet ist, daß sie mit einer harten beschichteten Kante oder Fläche einer umlaufenden Schneidnut einer Walze mit Gegenschneidnut zusammenwirkt.
