Abstract
Description
Bei schwimmend verlegten Bodenbelägen, die aus Laminaten oder Fertigparkett bestehen, wird keine vollflächige Verleimung mit dem Boden, sondern nur eine Verleimung der in der Regel zwei Meter langen streifenförmigen Bodenbelagsplatten an der Nut- und Federverbindung zwischen den Platten durchgeführt. Wenn diese Klebverbindung nicht schon in den ersten Reihen einer ganzen Zimmerbodenfläche sehr genau erfolgt, addieren sich einzelne Fehler zu einem am Ende nicht tollerierbaren Verlegeergebnis, so dass ein sauberer Anschluss an die dem Verlegebeginn gegenüber liegende Zimmerwand ausgeschlossen sein kann. Darum werden beim Verlegen der ersten Reihen eine Anzahl gleicher Spannvorrichtungen im Abstand voneinander eingesetzt, mit deren Hilfe die Plattenreihen mit nicht zu starkem und nicht zu schwachem Druck gegeneinander gepresst werden.
Ausfürungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen :
Claims (5)
- Druckbacke für eine Spannvorrichtung für schwimmend zu verlegenden Bodenbelag wie Laminate und Fertigparkett aus mehreren parallel mittels Nut und Feder ineinander zu fügender streifenförmiger Bodenbelagsplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckbacke (1,1a,1b) Mittel (5) zum Kuppeln mit mindestens einer Spannvorrichtung sowie eine zum Andrücken gegen den Aussenrand einer Bodenbelagsplatte bestimmte umgebogene Randpartie (2) aufweist, die mit der Zugkraftrichtung der zum Kuppeln mit der Druckbacke bestimmten Spannvorrichtung einen Winkel α einschliesst, der weniger als 90°, vorzugsweise 45°, beträgt.
- Druckbacke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umgebogene Randpartie (2) mindestens abschnittweise Zähne (3) zumEindringen in das Material der Bodenbelagsplatte aufweist.
- Druckbacke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine im wesentlichen gleichschenklig dreieckförmige Umrissform mit der zum Andrücken gegen den Aussenrand einer Bodenbelagsplatte bestimmten umgebogenen Randpartie (2) an der längsten Seite aufweist und an den beiden gleichschenkligen Dreieckseiten hochgebogene Randleisten (5) besitzt, zwecks Kuppeln mit jeweils einer am Rand gegengleich abgewinkelten Druckbacke (6) einer für wandparallele Verlegung von Bodenbelagsplatten bestimmten Spannvorrichtung.
- Druckbacke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf ihrer Oberseite der Gurt (7) einer Spannvorrichtung direkt befestigt ist.
- Druckbacke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und aus einem ersten Teil (1a) mit den hochgebogenen Randleisten (5) zum Kuppeln mit einer Spannvorrichtung sowie einem zweiten Teil (1b) besteht, der die zum Andrücken gegen den Aussenrand der Bodenbelagsplatte bestimmte umgebogene Randpartie 2 aufweist, die abschnittweise mit Zähnen versehen ist, und dass beide Teile mittels einer mittigen Verschraubung (10) relativ zueinander verschwenkbar und arretierbar sind.
