Claims (10)
- Schallschutzeinlage für Montageschienen, insbesondere für C-Profilschienen (15) mit im wesentlichen C-förmigem Querschnitt, umfassend ein Auflageteil (2), das eine Unterseite (7) und herabgezogene Längsränder (3) aufweist und an seiner Auflagefläche im randnahen Bereich mit leistenartigen Wülsten (4) ausgestattet ist, die parallel zueinander in Längsrichtung des Auflageteils (2) verlaufen, und einem einstückig angeformten Fussteil (8), das an seinen beiden Längsflanken (9) je eine Schulter (10) aufweist, die der Unterseite (7) des Auflageteils (7) gegenüberliegen, wobei das Fussteil (8) im montierten Zustand innerhalb der C-Profilschiene (15) angeordnet ist und mit einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Bohrung (11) versehen ist, die Schultern (10) die die Öffnung (18) der Schiene (15) berandenden Längsränder (17) hintergreifen und das Auflageteil (2) und das Fussteil (8) aus einem elastischen Material bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hüllfläche (H) an die Auflagefläche konvex gewölbt ist, wobei die leistenartigen Wülste (4) an den Längsrändern (3) des Auflageteils (2) eine geringere Höhe aufweisen als der von ihnen eingeschlossene Bereich (5).
- Schallschutzeinlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche zu beiden Seiten der im Randbereich verlaufenden leistenartigen Wülste (4) schräg zu den herabgezogenen Längsrändern (3) abfällt.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllfläche im Querschnitt etwa die Form einer flachen Ellipsenhälfte aufweist, wobei die Axialprojektion der Längsränder (3) die Hauptscheitel der Ellipse bilden.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den randnahen leistenartigen Wülsten (4) zwei weitere, parallel zu diesen und zueinander verlaufende leistenartige Wülste (6) angeordnet sind, die durch einen Materialsteg (61) voneinander getrennt sind, dessen Höhe im wesentlichen der Höhe der leistenartigen Wülste (4) an den Längsrändern (3) entspricht.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach Anspruch einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsflanken (9) des Fussteils (8) schräg zueinander verlaufen und von der Unterseite (7) des Auflageteils (2) abgewandt sind.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsflanken (9) des Fussteils (8) einen Fügewinkel (α) miteinander einschliessen, der kleiner als 60° ist.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Bohrung (11) im Fussteil (8) im wesentlichen die Form eines Drei-Viertel-Kreises aufweist, wobei die Bohrung (11) an der dem Auflageteil (2) abgewandten Seite des Fussteils (8) von einem flexiblen Wandungsteil (12) berandet ist, das in die Bohrung (11) gewölbt ist und nach aussen umstülpbar ist, wobei die Aussenseite (9, 12) des Fussteils (8) eine im wesentlichen kreisbogenförmige Kontur aufweist.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Vorsprünge (13) in die Bohrung (11) ragen, wobei die Bohrung (11) zur Aufnahme von Bolzen der Durchmesser M6 bis M10 ausgebildet ist.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Elastomer besteht.
- Schallschutzeinlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche zumindest bereichsweise, insbesondere auf den erhabenen Bereiche der leistenförmigen Wülste (4, 6), mit einer die Gleitfähigkeit eines aufliegenden Bauteils unterstützenden Beschichtung (14) versehen ist.
