Claims (3)
- Procédé pour le fonctionnement de grande fiabilité d'échangeurs de chaleur avec plusieurs composants parallèles traversés par un fluide avec des sauts en hauteur, en particulier avec des couplages-hydrauliques conditionnés à contre-courant pour la transmission de chaleur entre des milieux liquides et liquides/gazeux,
caractérisé en ce que les composants traversés par un fluide sont automatiquement désaérés par le fait que, en respectant le flux massique fluide conditionné au processus et en liaison avec le diamètre intérieur, la longueur des composants traversés par un fluide et les propriétés du fluide, la pression différentielle de flux se produisant dans chaque composant est réglée supérieure d'un facteur > 1,0, à la somme des pressions statiques des colonnes gaz/liquide résultant des sauts en hauteur de chacun des trajets de flux. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la pression différentielle de flux est atteinte par une augmentation temporaire des flux massiques fluides et que, à cet effet, les composants d'installation tels que pompes, couplages de dérivation, séparateurs d'air et commandes sont dimensionnés et étudiés en correspondance. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le facteur > 1,0 est déterminé par des mesures de technique d'écoulement pour les composants traversés par un fluide en intégrant toutes les valeurs d'influence le cas échéant supplémentaires telles que rugosité de surface et/ou viscosité.
