Abstract
Description
Aufgrund von Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Drahtqualität hinsichtlich schwankender Abmessungen oder unterschiedlicher Festigkeiten kann es bei der Herstellung der Nägel, Schrauben oder Nieten zu sehr hohen Zugbeanspruchungen und damit Überbeanspruchungen der Einsätze aus verschleißfestem Material kommen, was vielfach mit einem Bruch der Einsätze verbunden ist.

Claims (5)
- Verschleißfester Werkzeugeinsatz für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Nägeln, Schrauben, Nieten und dergleichen aus drahtförmigem Ausgangsmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Werkzeugeinsatz in Axialrichtung des zugeführten Drahtes geteilt ausgeführt ist. - Verschleißfester Werkzeugeinsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile des Werkzeugeinsatzes durch eine Niet- oder Schraubverbindung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeugeinsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile des Werkzeugeinsatzes über den Werkzeughalter bzw. den Maschinenteil, in den sie eingesetzt werden, zusammengepreßt werden.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeugeinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile dieses Werkzeugeinsatzes über eine zumindest teilweise gezahnte Oberfläche miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeugeinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Hartmetall besteht.
