Claims (33)
- Vorrichtung zur Entwässerung einer Materialbahn (10), insbesondere einer Papierbahn in einer Papierherstellungsmaschine, mit einer Pressenpartie (1) mit mindestens einem Preßspalt (9), durch welchen die Materialbahn (10) geführt und dabei entwässert und geglättet wird, wobei aufgrund der Ausgestaltung der Pressenpartie (1) eine Seite der Materialbahn (10) eine stärkere Glättung erfährt als die andere Seite, der Pressenpartie (1) eine Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) vorgeschaltet ist, die der stärker geglätteten Bahnseite eine gegenüber der anderen Bahnseite höhere Rauhigkeit verleiht, wobei die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) ein mit der Materialbahn (10) durch den in ihr gebildeten Preßspalt (8) geführtes Siebband (13) umfaßt, welches auf der aufzurauhenden Seite der Materialbahn (10) angeordnet ist, das Siebband ein der Pressenpartie (1) vorgeschaltetes, in einer Schlaufe geführtes Papierbildungssieb (13) ist, die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) zwei zwischen sich einen Preßspalt (8) bildende Walzen (6, 7) umfaßt und die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) mindestens ein mit der Materialbahn (10) durch den Preßspalt (8) geführtes Filzband (11, 16) umfaßt, wobei ein erstes Filzband (11) auf der dem Papierblldungssieb (13) abgewandten Seite der Materialbahn (10) durch den Preßspalt (8) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites Filzband (16) auf der der Materialbahn (10) abgewandten Seite des Papierbildungssiebes (13) durch den Preßspalt (8) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) in Umlaufrichtung des Papierbildungssiebes (13) betrachtet, hinter einer in der Siebschlaufe vorhandenen Siebsaugwalze (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Konditioniereinrichtung (18) für ein Filzband (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) eine Walze mit einem Filzüberzug umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Konditioniereinrichtung für den Filzüberzug vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Filzwaschpreßeinrichtung für den Filzüberzug vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) eine Sauganpreßwalze (6) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) eine Walze (7) mit Ausnehmungen in der Walzenmanteloberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Walze (7) Rillen in der Walzenmanteloberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Walze (7) Sacklöcher in der Walzenmanteloberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) eine Walze mit besaugter Walzenmanteloberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pressenpartie (1) die Unterseite einer behandelten Materialbahn (10) stärker glättet als die Bahnoberseite.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Aufrauhvorrichtung (5) folgende Pressenpartie (1) nur eine Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) ein mit der Materialbahn (10) durch den Preßspalt (9) geführtes Filzband (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filzband (11) die Oberseite der Materialbahn (10) berührt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) als Schuhpresse, insbesondere Langspaltpresse, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) eine Walze (3) umfaßt, die gemeinsam mit einer Walze (6) der Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) in einer Schlaufe eine Filzbandes (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Aufrauhvorrichtung (5) folgende Pressenpartie (1) zwei Hauptpreßvorrichtungen (2, 27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2, 27) nur ein mit der Materialbahn (10) durch den durch sie gebildeten Preßspalt (9, 24) geführtes Filzband (11, 29) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) zwei starts Walzen (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Hauptpreßvorrichtung (27) als Schuhpresse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhpresse als Langspaltpresse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) mit den beiden starren Walzen (6), in Bahnlaufrichtung betrachtet, vor der Schuhpresse (27) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der starren Walzen (6) der ersten Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) durch eine Walze (6) gebildet ist, die zugleich Teil der Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Hauptpreßeinrichtungen (2, 27) als Schuhpresse ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhpressen (2, 27) als Langspaltpressen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Aufrauhvorrichtung (5) folgende Pressenpartie (1) drei Hauptpreßvorrichtungen (2, 27, 43) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Hauptpreßvorrichtung (27, 43) nur ein mit der Materialbahn (10) durch den durch sie gebildeten Preßspalt (24, 44) geführtes Filzband (11, 47) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2) zwei beidseits der Materialbahn (10) mit dieser durch den Preßspalt (9) geführte Filzbänder (11, 45) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Hauptpreßvorrichtungen (2, 43) als Schuhpressen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhpressen (2, 43) als Langspaltpressen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30 oder 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bahnlaufrichtung betrachtet, die erste und die dritte Hauptpreßvorrichtung (2, 43) als Schuhpresse ausgebildet sind und daß die beiden starren Walzen (39, 41) der beiden Schuhpressen (2, 43) zusammen die zweite Hauptpreßvorrichtung (27) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpreßeinrichtung (5) als Schuhpresse, insbesondere Langspaltpresse, ausgebildet ist.
