Claims (4)

  1. Werkzeug zur Ausbildung eines Loches (2) mit konischer Ansenkung (3) durch Stanzen in einem Metallbandmaterial (4), das insbesondere zur Ausbildung einer Stulpschiene (5) eines Verriegelungsbeschlages oder dergl. für Tür, Fenster oder dergl. bestimmt ist, mit mindestens einem Stempel (9) und einer Matrize (10), wobei der Stempel (9) einen zylindrischen Abschnitt (12) mit einem Durchmesser (12) aufweist, der an den Durchmesser (13) des in dem Bandmaterial (4) auszubildenden Loches (2) angepaßt ist, wobei der zylindrische Abschnitt (111 die Verlängerung eines konischen Abschnitts (14) ist, der eine für das Prägen der konischen Ansenkung (3) geeignete Form hat,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (10) eine Bohrung (15) mit einem Querschnitt (16) aufweist, der an den des zyldindrischen Abschnitts (11) des Stempels (9) angepaßt ist, wobei diese Bohrung (15) an ihrer Wandung (17) mindestens eine Nut (18, 18A) aufweist, die in der oberen Fläche (19) der Matrize (10), die dem zu bearbeitenden Bandmaterial (4) gegenüberliegt, mündet, wobei die Nut oder Nuten (18, 18A) sowie die Achse (20) der Bohrung (15) in einer Fluchtlinie (21) liegen, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (22) des Bandmaterials (4) bei dessen Bearbeitung verläuft.
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (10) an der Wandung (17) der Bohrung (15) mindestens zwei Nuten (18, 18A) aufweist, die einander diametral gegenüberliegen.
  3. Werkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (20) der Bohrung (15) in der Matrize (10) sowie die Nuten (18, 18A) in der Längsmittelebene des Bandmaterials (4) bei dessen Bearbeitung liegen.
  4. Stulpschiene (5) eines Verriegelungsbeschlages oder dergl. für Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen, mit mindestens einem Loch (2) mit konischer Ansenkung (3), das durch Stanzen mittels eines Werkzeugs nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 hergestellt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an ihrer Rückseite (24) am Rand der Öffnung (2) mindestens einen Prägevorsprung (23, 23A) aufweist, der mit der Achse (20) des Loches (2) in der Längsachse (22) der Stulpschiene (5) liegt.
