Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von vorgeschnittenen Stücken (11), insbesondere Abfallstücken, eines Materialbogens (10), der Schnitte oder dergleichen aufweist, wobei besagter Bogen auf einer Trennfläche (2) einer Matrize (1) derart aufgelegt ist, daß das vorgeschnittene Stück (11) eine Ausnehmung (3) der Matrize (1) bedeckt und unter dem Druck wenigstens eines Ausstanzorgans (12) nach unten durch diese Ausnehmung (3) gedrückt wird, wobei besagtes Ausstanzorgan mit wenigstens einem elastischen Anschlagorgan (7B) zusammenwirkt, das unterhalb des vorgeschnittenen Stückes vorgesehen ist und teilweise zumindest in besagte Ausnehmung (3) vorsteht, wobei dieses elastische Anschlagorgan die Form einer Zunge (7B) hat, die bei einer von dem die Ausnehmung (3) der Matrize (1) durchquerenden Ausstanzorgan (12) ausgeübten Vorschubbewegung gegen ein vorgeschnittenes Stück (11) zurückweicht, wobei das freie Ende der Zunge (7B) der Rückkehr des Abfallstückes (11) nach jedem Trennvorgang entgegenwirkt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Ausnehmung (3) der Matrize (1) wenigstens eine Aufnahme (4) aufweist, die in Richtung einer durch die besagte Ausnehmung (3) hindurchgehenden Achse ausstrahlt, um in dieser Ausnehmung (3) zu münden, wobei diese Aufnahme (4) ausgebildet ist, um den Kopf (7A) der das elastische Rückhalteorgan bildenden Zunge (7B) in Rückhaltung aufzunehmen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (7A) der Zunge (7B) mit einer Schulter versehen ist, um jede Verschiebung des elastischen Anschlagorganes in Richtung der durch besagte Ausnehmung (3) hindurchgehenden Achse während eines Trennvorgangs zu verhindern.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Aufnahme (4) der Ausnehmung (3) mit einer Schulter versehen ist, um zwischen ihrer Schulter (5) und ihrer Mündung (6) in besagter Ausnehmung eine erste Aushöhlung (4A) abzugrenzen, die der Aufnahme der das elastische Anschlagorgan bildenden Zunge (7B) dient, und bei der von besagter Schulter (5) aus eine zweite Aushöhlung (4B) vorgesehen ist, die den Kopf (7A) der besagten Zunge ineinandergreifend aufnimmt, welche fest in dem Inneren der besagten Aushöhlung (4B) gehalten ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der ersten Aushöhlung (4A) der Aufnahme (4) größer ist als der Querschnitt der Zunge (7B), um eine freie Verschiebung der besagten Zunge (7B) in das Innere der Aushöhlung (4A) zu ermöglichen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (7A) der besagten Zunge in das Innere der zweiten Aushöhlung (4B) eingelassen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (7A) der besagten Zunge hohl ist, um bei seiner Einführung in die zweite Aushöhlung seine Verformung dergestalt zu ermöglichen, daß sein Hineinzwängen in besagte zweite Aushöhlung (4B) erleichtert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (7A) der Zunge die Form eines im wesentlichen pyramidenstumpfförmigen Gefäßes hat.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (7A) der Zunge und die Zunge (7B) formgepreßt und aus einem einzigen Stück ausgebildet sind.
