Claims (10)

  1. Schutzbekleidung (V) mit mindestens einem Schutzelement, insbesondere gegen Stöße, in mindestens einem Gelenkbereich des menschlichen Körpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Schutzelement aus einer Schale mit abgerundeter Kontur (11) besteht und eine im wesentlichen konvexe äußere Fläche aufweist, die entsprechend zweier orthogonaler Profile gewölbt ist und zwei gegenüberliegende, äußere Bereiche (16) aufweist, über die jedes Schutzelement gelenkig an der Kleidung befestigt ist.
  2. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Schutzelement im allgemeinen eine elliptische Kontur (11) aufweist, und die zwei besagten äußeren Bereiche (16) etwa auf der großen Hauptachse der Kontur angeordnet sind.
  3. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jedes Schutzelement einen im wesentlichen glatten Umfangsbereich und einen gegenüber dem Umfangsbereich erhöhten Zentralbereich (13) aufweist.
  4. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 3, wobei jedes Schutzelement eine im wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist.
  5. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der erhöhte Zentralbereich (13) eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Kontur aufweist.
  6. Schutzbekleidung nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich der eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Kontur (13) aufweisende Bereich über mehrere, von den erhöhten Bereichen ausgehende, schmälere Bereiche (14), die einen im wesentlichen glatten Übergang zum Umfangsbereich bilden, in Richtung der Außenbereiche (16) erstreckt.
  7. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei jedes Schutzelement Übergangsflächen (15) aufweist, die ohne scharfen Übergang in den Zentralbereich (13, 14) und den Außenbereich münden.
  8. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die mindestens zwei Schutzelemente umfaßt, die dazu vorgesehen sind, in angrenzenden Bereichen gelenkig (20) mit der Bekleidung (V) verbunden zu werden, und zwar so, daß ein Element ein benachbartes teilweise bedeckt und ggf. durch ein weiteres benachbartes Element teilweise bedeckt wird.
  9. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Gelenkbereich des menschlichen Körpers entweder die Schulter, der Ellbogen oder das Knie ist.
  10. Schutzbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, die ein Ellbogenschutzelement umfaßt, das in Höhe des Ellbogenbereichs gelenkig ist, und ein angrenzender Unterarmbereich der Kleidung (V) eine feste längliche Unterarmschutzschale (3) mit einem gekrümmten transversalen Profil aufweist, die an einem Ende vom Ellbogenschutzelement (10) bedeckt ist.
