Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de chargement pour une presse à plateau comportant des agencements de transport qui maintiennent par le bas la pièce à traiter (8) sur ses deux côtés, présentant en outre un châssis de retenue (2) en forme de fourche, mobile dans la direction de transport sur la presse à plateau et sur lequel sont disposés deux longerons de chargement (3A, 3B), déplaçables perpendiculairement à la direction de transport et présentant chacun au moins deux agencements de retenue (4A, 4B) par lesquels la pièce est maintenue dans la zone de ses deux côtés par rapport à la direction de transport et déposée dans la presse à plateau, caractérisé en ce que les agencements de retenue se composent de bandes transporteuses (4), de rouleaux de transport ou de cylindres de transport, disposés dans la direction de déplacement des longerons de chargement (3A, 3B) qui leur sont associés et sur les brins supérieurs/côtés supérieurs desquels repose la pièce (8) dans la position rentrée dans la presse à plateau des longerons de chargement (3A, 3B), et que les bandes transporteuses/rouleaux de transport/cylindres de transport sont couplés mécaniquement de force avec le mouvement du longeron de chargement (3A, 3B) correspondant de telle sorte que la vitesse relative de chaque brin supérieur/côté supérieur, par rapport à la pièce (8), est égale à zéro pour tous les états de déplacement du longeron de chargement (3A, 3B) qui lui est associé.
  2. Dispositif de chargement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une crémaillère (6A, 6B) pour le couplage forcé, qui est montée sur l'extrémité côté frontal (2A) du châssis de retenue (2) des longerons de chargement (3A, 3B) et qui engrène avec une roue dentée (7) qui est assemblée fixement avec l'arbre moteur commun (5A, 5B) des bandes transporteuses (4) d'un longeron de chargement (3A, 3B).
  3. Dispositif de chargement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bandes transporteuses (4) défilent sur deux poulies de renvoi (4A, 4B) qui sont maintenues de part et d'autre du longeron de chargement (3A, 3B) correspondant, et dont l'une repose sur l'arbre moteur (5).
  4. Procédé d'exploitation d'un dispositif de chargement d'une presse à plateau comportant des agencements de transport qui maintiennent par le bas la pièce à traiter, auxquels s'ajoutent deux longerons de chargement déplaçables perpendiculairement à la direction de transport, qui comportent chacun comme agencements de retenue au moins deux bandes transporteuses/rouleaux de transport ou cylindres de transport, sur les brins supérieurs/côtés supérieurs desquels repose la pièce (8) à traiter dans la position rentrée des longerons de chargement (3A, 3B), le dépôt dans la presse (10) de la pièce (8) à traiter étant assurée de telle sorte que les deux longerons de chargement (3A, 3B) sont commandés avec une temporisation qui est calculée de telle sorte que les deux longerons de chargement (3A, 3B) sortent à peu près en même temps, tandis que les bandes transporteuses (4) des deux longerons de chargement (3A, 3B) maintiennent la pièce par le bas (8).
