Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Textilgewebe mit Netzstruktur.
Bei bekannten Textilgeweben sind Netzstrukturen dadurch realisiert, daß Öffnungen und/oder Löcher in gewünschten Mustern in die Gewebe eingearbeitet sind. Bei mechanischer Beanspruchung dieser Textilgewebe, insbesondere im Falle der Verwendung zu Sitzmöbelbezugszwecken, kommt es bislang jedoch häufig zu Musterverzerrungen, da Gewebe aus Bereichen, die benachbart zu den Öffnungen und/oder Löchern angeordnet sind, in diese sozusagen "hineinrutschen" können, was zu einer Zerstörung der ursprünglichen Kontur der Öffnungen und/oder Löcher führt.
Aus der BE 709 698 A ist, beispielsweise, ein Gewebe aus abwechselnd lichtdurchlässigen und lichtundurchlässigen Streifen bekannt. Dabei kommt ein von hitzeverschweißbarem Thermoplastikmaterial umhüllter Faden zum Einsatz, und die Dichten der Kettfäden und der Schußfäden sind konstant und gering, damit große Maschen und ein sehr luftiger oder lichtdurchlässiger Stoff gebildet werden. Vollkommen lichtundurchlässige Zonen des Gewebes werden durch ein Zurückführen eines Fadens aus dem Thermoplastikmaterial realisiert.
Ferner ist aus der FR 2 706 913 A ein technisches Gewebe, bestehend aus einer Flecht-Struktur aus Füllfäden und Verstärkungsfäden, bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Textilgewebe mit Netzstruktur zu liefern, das die Nachteile des Stands der Technik überwindet, d.h. insbesondere langfristig ein konturscharfes Netzmuster aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Textilgewebe dicht gewebt ist, und daß in das Textilgewebe mindestens ein transparenter Faden zumindest teilweise eingewebt ist, um Öffnungen und/oder Löcher optisch zu simulieren.
Dabei schlägt die Erfindung vor, daß mindestens ein transparenter Schußfaden und/oder mindestens ein transparenter Kettfaden eingebracht ist.
Die Erfindung schlägt vor, daß der transparente Faden Polyamiddraht oder einen Metallfaden umfaßt.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist, daß das Textilgewebe bielastisch ist.
Weiterhin schlägt die Erfindung vor, daß das Textilgewebe flächig, insbesondere schablonengesteuert, gewebt ist.
Das Textilgewebe kann auch unter Einsatz von Mehrfachschaftmaschinen oder Nadelstabtechniken gewebt sein.
Der Erfindung liegt somit die überraschende Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß eine artifizielle Netzstruktur durch optische Simulation von Öffnungen und/oder Löchern durch Einweben eines oder mehrerer transparenter Fäden realisierbar ist, d.h., der optische Eindruck des erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Textilgewebes so ist, als ob tatsächlich ein Loch- und/oder Öffnungsmuster eingearbeitet worden wäre, während in Wirklichkeit ein dicht gewebtes, vorzugsweise bielastisches, Textilgewebe vorliegt, das auch bei hoher Beanspruchung sein Muster im wesentlichen nicht, insbesondere nicht irreversibel, verliert.
Transparente Fäden können dabei durch Einschießen von transparenten Schußfäden oder durch Verwenden transparenter Kettfäden eingewebt werden, wobei ein Chargenwechsel beispielsweise durch Verwendung von Mehrfachschaftmaschinen realisiert werden kann und auch der Einsatz von Nadelstabtechniken möglich ist.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der drei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand von schematischen Zeichnungen erläutert sind. Dabei zeigt:

In Figur 1 ist ein Textilgewebe 10 mit in Kettrichtung A in regelmäßigen Abständen eingebrachten transparenten Schußfäden 11, 11', 11'' dargestellt, durch die ein Streifenmuster quer zur Kettrichtung A erzielt wird.
Das Textilgewebe 20 gemäß Figur 2 weist zwei Streifen aus jeweils drei transparenten Kettfäden 22, 22', 22'' längs der Kettrichtung A auf und liefert scmit ein Streifenmuster in Kettrichtung.
Das in Figur 3 gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel stellt ein Textilgewebe 30 mit einer Gitterstruktur dar, die sowohl transparente Schußfäden 31, 31', 31'' als auch transparente Kettfäden 32, 32', 32'' aufweist.
Das Textilgewebe 10, 20, 30 ist vorteilhafterweise bielastisch.
Selbst beim Anlegen großer Spannungen an das erfindungsgemäße Textilgewebe 10, 20, 30 kommt es nicht zu einer Musterzerstörung, da das Textilgewebe dicht gewebt ist.
Die in der vorstehenden Beschreibung, in den Zeichnungen sowie in den Ansprüchen offenbarten Merkmale der Erfindung können sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebiger Kombination für die Verwirklichung der Erfindung in ihren verschiedenen Ausführungsformen wesentlich sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Textilgewebe mit Netzstruktur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) dicht gewebt ist, und daß in das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) mindestens ein transparenter Faden (11, 11', 11'', 22, 22', 22'', 31, 31', 31'', 32, 32', 32'') zumindest teilweise eingewebt ist.
  2. Textilgewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein transparenter Schußfaden (11, 11', 11'', 31, 31', 31'') eingebracht ist.
  3. Textilgewebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein transparenter Kettfaden (22, 22', 22'', 32, 32', 32'') eingebracht ist. 2365
  4. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der transparente Faden (11, 11', 11'', 22, 22', 22'', 31, 31', 31'', 32, 32', 32'') Polyamiddraht umfaßt.
  5. Textilgewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der transparente Faden (11, 11', 11'', 22, 22', 22'', 31, 31', 31'', 32, 32', 32'') einen Metallfaden umfaßt.
  6. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) bielastisch ist.
  7. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) flächig gewebt ist.
  8. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) schablonengesteuert gewebt ist.
  9. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) unter Einsatz einer Mehrfachschaftmaschine gewebt ist.
  10. Textilgewebe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilgewebe (10, 20, 30) unter Einsatz einer Nadelstabtechnik gewebt ist.
