Claims (9)
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2), utilisable notamment pour le déchargement dans le domaine du stockage et du transport de marchandises en vrac au moyen de chariot élévateur à fourches à tête rotative, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :des moyens de guidage des fourches du chariot ;des moyens amovibles de fixation du dispositif (1) sur le conteneur (2),
pour la réalisation d'un dispositif adaptable à un conteneur standard permettant son retournement. - Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de guidage des fourches du chariot sont constitués par deux fourreaux (3, 4) de section rectangulaire adaptés au positionnement des fourches du chariot.
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les deux fourreaux (3, 4) sont liés pour former un ensemble monobloc par l'intermédiaire d'un tube transversal (5).
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixation comportent au moins une ferrure (6) fixée d'une part sur le tube transversal (5) et d'autre part sur le conteneur (2).
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le conteneur (2) est un conteneur grillagé et que la fixation du dispositif (1) sur le conteneur (2) s'effectue par appui :d'un rebord formé sur l'extrémité supérieure de la ferrure (6) sur les fils métalliques (8) du conteneur grillagé ;des fourreaux (3, 4), par leur face supérieure, sur la face inférieure du conteneur (2).
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que, une ou plusieurs languettes (11, 12) sont formées sur la face supérieure des fourreaux (3, 4) ; lesdites languettes (11, 12) étant susceptibles d'être insérées dans le fond du conteneur (2) pour compléter les moyens de fixation.
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est assemblable, hors utilisation, avec un autre dispositif selon l'invention, par les moyens de fixation, pour un transport et une manutention, hors utilisation, pratique dans un encombrement réduit.
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement dconteneurs (2) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'assemblage des dispositifs (1) s'effectue au moyen des ferrures (6) ; chaque ferrure (6) étant fixée à la fois sur le premier et sur le deuxième dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) pour le retournement de conteneurs (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est monté sur le conteneur (2) à proximité de l'une des arêtes de sa face inférieure et qu'un même dispositif est monté à proximité de l'arête opposée de la face inférieure.
