Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums (2) auf eine laufende Materialbahn (4), insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, mittels eines Auftragwerks mitumfassend folgende Schritte zum Einstellen eines gewünschten Quer- und/oder Längsprofils des aufzutragenden oder aufgetragenen Mediums (2):mindestens einer Auftragseinrichtung (6),mindestens einem Rakelelement (8), sowiemindestens einer Rakelelementhalterung (12), an der das Rakelelement (8) gehalten und mittels wenigstens einer Verstellbewegung (10) der Rakelelementhalterung (12) mit einem vorbestimmten Anpreßdruck an eine Gegenfläche (4) anpreßbar (F) ist,Anpressen (F) des Rakelelements (8) mit einem vorbestimmten Anpreßdruck an die Gegenfläche (4) mittels Verstellen (10) der Rakelelementhalterung (12) in eine vorbestimmte Verstellposition, undVerändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte, während die Verstellposition der Rakelelementhalterung (12) konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte gleichmäßig über im wesentlichen die gesamte Maschinenbreite und/oder zonenweise unterschiedlich erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte durch Variieren (40) der Viskosität des Mediums (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte durch Variieren (44) des Feststoffgehalts des Mediums (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte durch Variieren (22, 24) der Dosiermenge des aufzutragenden Mediums (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte durch Variieren (22, 24) des Druckes des aufzutragenden Mediums (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verändern der durch das aufzutragende oder aufgetragene Medium (2) auf das Rakelelement (8) ausgeübten Kräfte durch Variieren (22, 24) der Geometrie der Auftragseinrichtung (6) erfolgt.
