aufweisen. Da ein Hard Tag seinen größten Durchmesser im
Mittelbereich hat, verlaufen die Streifenelemente daher im
mittleren Bereich. Diese Anordnung bereitet aus folgendem
Grund erhebliche Probleme: Üblicherweise ist der
Befestigungsmechanismus magnetisch ausgebildet, wobei zum
Lösen des Befestigungsstifts von dem Artikel relativ hohe
Magnetfelder erforderlich sind. Ein Beispiel für einen
derartigen Befestigungsmechanismus ist z.B. aus der EP 0
132 531 B1 bekannt geworden. Bei Anlegen der hohen
Magnetfelder ist es unvermeidbar, daß der im mittleren
Bereich des Hard Tags plazierte Befestigungsmechanismus
remanent magnetisiert wird und nachfolgend das in der Nähe
plazierte Sicherungselement durch Streufelder beeinflußt.
Das Sicherungselement ist dann nicht mehr in der Lage, ein
charakteristisches Antwortsignal auf ein äußeres Magnetfeld
zu remittieren. Die Detektionswahrschein-lichkeit für die
Hard Tags wird durch diese unbeabsichtigte Deaktivierung
