Abstract
Description
Damit das Sicherungselement ein detektierbares Antwortsignal aussendet, muß der weichmagnetische Streifen bzw. der weichmagnetische Draht eine gewisse Lange aufweisen. Da ein Hard Tag seinen größten Durchmesser im Mittelbereich hat, verlaufen die Streifenelemente daher im mittleren Bereich. Diese Anordnung bereitet aus folgendem Grund erhebliche Probleme: Üblicherweise ist der Befestigungsmechanismus magnetisch ausgebildet, wobei zum Lösen des Befestigungsstifts von dem Artikel relativ hohe Magnetfelder erforderlich sind. Ein Beispiel für einen derartigen Befestigungsmechanismus ist z.B. aus der EP 0 132 531 B1 bekannt geworden. Bei Anlegen der hohen Magnetfelder ist es unvermeidbar, daß der im mittleren Bereich des Hard Tags plazierte Befestigungsmechanismus remanent magnetisiert wird und nachfolgend das in der Nähe plazierte Sicherungselement durch Streufelder beeinflußt. Das Sicherungselement ist dann nicht mehr in der Lage, ein charakteristisches Antwortsignal auf ein äußeres Magnetfeld zu remittieren. Die Detektionswahrschein-lichkeit für die Hard Tags wird durch diese unbeabsichtigte Deaktivierung natürlich ganz erheblich verringert.
Auf der Innenseite einer der beiden Gehäuseteile 2a; 2b ist erfindungsgemäß das Sicherungselement 3 in einer in sich geschlossenen Form angeordnet. Im dargestellten Fall handelt es sich bei der Form um einen Ring. Wie aus Fig. 2 zu ersehen, ist es nicht erforderlich daß das Sicherungselement 3 aus einem Teil besteht, vielmehr kann es aus mehreren voneinander auf Lücke angeordneten Teilelementen 3a bestehen. Zwecks Fixierung des Sicherungselements 3 bzw. der Teilelemente 3a ist eine Führung 5, entweder eine Nut 6 oder eine Erhebung (Wulst 7) (Fig. 3), vorgesehen. Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird die Montage des Sicherungselements 3 in der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wesentlich vereinfacht. Zur Fixierung des Sicherungselements 3 reicht es -wie in Fig. 2 zu sehen- aus, wenn die Führung aus einzelnen vorstehenden Elementen besteht.

Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zur Sicherung von Artikeln gegen Diebstahl, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse und einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Sicherungselement,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Sicherungselement (3) eine in sich geschlossen Form aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Sicherungselement (3) ringförmig oder elliptisch ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Sicherungselement (3) einteilig ausgebildet ist oder aus zumindest zwei Einzelelementen (3a) besteht, die im wesentlichen in einer ringförmigen oder elliptischen Form angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gehäuse (2) aus zumindest zwei Teilen (2a, 2b) besteht,daß es einen Befestigungsmechanismus aufweist, unddaß das Sicherungselement (3) einen im wesentlichen gleichbleibenden Abstand von dem Befestigungsmechanismus (4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß es sich bei dem Sicherungselement (3) um einen Draht oder um einen Streifen handelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Abstand (a) des Sicherungselementes (3) von dem Befestigungsmechanismus (4) maximal möglich gewählt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf einer Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) eine ringförmige oder elliptische Führung (5) vorgesehen ist, an die sich das Sicherungselement (3) anlegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß es sich bei der Führung (5) um eine Nut (6) oder eine Erhebung handelt, wobei die Erhebung als durchgehender oder unterbrochener Wulst (7) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Sicherungselement (3) an dem Teil (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) zumindest punktuell befestigt ist. - Verfahren zur Integration eines Sicherungselementes für die elektronische Artikelüberwachung in ein Gehäuse, das aus zumindest zwei Teilen besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Sicherungselement (3) in Form von Bandmaterial (8) bereitgestellt wird unddaß das Bandmaterial (8) in einer in sich geschlossenen Form in das Gehäuse (2) eingebracht wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Spendevorrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist, die das Sicherungselement (3) in Form von Bandmaterial (8) bereitstellt,daß eine Rotationseinheit (10) vorgesehen ist, auf der ein Teil (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) gelagert ist,daß die Spendevorrichtung (9) bezüglich des rotierenden Teils (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist unddaß sie das Sicherungselement (3) während einer Rotation der Rotationseinheit (10) ringförmig auf der Innenseite des Teils (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) plaziert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Spendevorrichtung (9) eine Schneidevorrichtung (11) zugeordnet ist, die das Bandmaterial (8) in einer gewünschten Länge (1) bereitstellt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 der 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Klebevorrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, die das Sicherungselement (3) zumindest punktuell an dem Teil (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) befestigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an der Innenseite des Teils (2a; 2b) des Gehäuses (2) eine ringförmige oder eine andere in sich geschlossene Struktur aufgebracht ist unddaß die Spendevorrichtung (9) derart plaziert ist, daß sie das Sicherungselement (3) an dieser Struktur ausrichtet.
