Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de structure destiné à des véhicules automobiles, dans lequel on réalise dans un premier temps une platine moyennant la fixation d'au moins une tôle de renforcement (1) sur une tôle de base (2) qui est recouverte, au moins partiellement, par la tôle de renforcement (1), et dans lequel cette platine est ensuite soumise à un processus de déformation, caractérisé en ce que, avant la réalisation de la platine, la tôle de renforcement (1) est munie d'une réserve de déformation (3) comportant des renfoncements et des surélévations, qui sont agencés de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent être aplanis par le processus de déformation de la platine.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de renforcement (1) est réalisée, au moins partiellement, sous la forme d'une tôle gaufrée.
