Claims (9)

  1. Machine de préparation mobile, en particulier cribleuse pour ballast pour voies ferrées, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un châssis de support (TGS, TW) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale des rails, un train de roulement (FW) , un dispositif de réception (AUV, RAV) pour le ballast brut à travailler, des moyens de convoyage longitudinaux (LFB, F1) pour transférer le ballast dans un dispositif de traitement (SWS, BAV), notamment un poste de criblage, et des moyens de distribution du ballast préparé ainsi que le cas échéant des déchets de préparation ;
    b) le train de roulement comporte au moins un essieu monté orienté vers le boudin de roue pour un roulement lié aux rails et au moins un dispositif roulant à adhésion pour un roulement non lié aux rails ainsi qu'un dispositif de commutation de roulement (FUS) pour l'activation sélective de l'essieu monté orienté vers le boudin de roue respectivement du dispositif roulant à adhésion ;
       caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    c) le train de roulement (FW) comporte des premier et deuxième essieux montés orientés vers le boudin de roue (RS1, RS2, respectivement SRR, SPR) qui sont disposés dans la direction longitudinale des rails avec un écart mutuel, ainsi, qu'au moins un dispositif roulant à adhésion réalisé comme essieu monté avec un troisième essieu monté (RS3) entraíné par moteur, pouvant être mis en liaison d'adhésion par force avec les rails ;
    d) le troisième essieu monté (RS3) indépendant des rails se trouve au voisinage direct d'un des deux essieux montés orientés vers le boudin de roue et dans une zone de la machine préparation disposée à une distance par rapport au dispositif de réception de ballast brut (RAV) contre la direction d'avance de travail (PA).
  2. Machine de préparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un troisième essieu monté (RS3) indépendant des rails, sur le pourtour de roue duquel agit un appareil à moteur (AAG) réalisé comme commande par frottement, en une liaison d'entrainement par force.
  3. Machine de préparation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en on qu'il est prévu un train de roulement avec une multitude d'essieux montés et en ce qu'il est disposé au moins un essieu monté orienté vers le boudin de roue (RS1) dans la zone, avant par rapport à la direction d'avance du travail (PA) de la machine de préparation ainsi que dans la zone d'un dispositir de réception de ballast brut (RAV) prévu également ici.
  4. Machine de préparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le châssis de support (TGS) est pourvu au voisinage du dispositif de réception de ballast brut (RAV) d'un dispositif de levage (HUV) s'appuyant à côté de la zone des rail.
  5. Machine de préparation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au voisinage du dispositif de levage (HUV) au moins un grappin de rails (SGR).
  6. Machine de préparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) il est disposé en aval du dispositif de réception de ballast brut (RAV) un premier dispositif de convoyage (F1) dont le trajet de convoyage s'étend sur au moins une partie de l'extension longitudinale du châssis de support et du train de roulement et à la sortie duquel est raccordé le dispositif de traitement (RAV);
    b) le dispositif de traitament (BAV) comporte au moins une sortie de ballast utile (NSA) à laquelle est raccordé un deuxième dispositif de convoyage (F2) dont le trajet de convoyage s'étend au moins sensiblement en sens contraire à celui du premier dispositif de convoyage (F1) et qui se termine dans une zone de distribution de ballast utile (NAB).
  7. Machine de préparation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réception de ballast brut (RAV) est disposé dans une zone d'extrémité de la machine de préparation, avant par rapport à la direction d'avance du travail (PA), et que la direction de convoyage (PF) du premier dispositif de convoyage (F1) est orientée au moins sensiblement en sens contraire à la direction d'avance du travail.
  8. Machine de préparation selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la sortie de ballast utile (NSA) du dispositif de traitement (BAV) et le deuxième dispositif de convoyage (F2) sont disposés au moins sensiblement en dessous du premier dispositif de convoyage (F1), et que ce deuxième dispositif de convoyage présente au moins un diviseur de distribution (AT) avec des sorties associées aux deux côtés de la voie.
  9. Machine de préparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de convoyage de déchets (F3) avec au moins une bande de convoyage et en ce que cette bande de convoyage, avec son logement est réalisée d'une manière pivotante autour d'un axe haut disposé au voisinage de la sortie des déchets (ABA).
