Abstract
Dispositif automatique d'inspection visuelle possédant deux caméras de balayage en ligne (2, 3). Ces caméras sont placées de telle sorte que l'une voit la lumière réfléchie spéculairement par la surface d'un objet à inspecter, tandis que l'autre voit la lumière réfléchie par la surface de façon diffuse. L'objet est déplacé devant les caméras de manière à balayer sa surface. Les signaux d'images émis par la caméra sont saisis et traités par un système d'imagerie (5). Les emplacements des bords de l'objet dans les images sont détectés et les données obtenues d'emplacement des bords sont utilisées afin de commander et de modifier le traitement de détection de défauts.
