Abstract

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Füllen von Randfugen von Isolierglasscheiben
Beim Versiegeln einer Isolierglasscheibe (51) mit wenigstens einer Ecke, in der die zur Ecke führenden Ränder (60) der Glasscheiben der Isolierglasscheibe (51) miteinander einen rechten, einen spitzen oder einen stumpfen Winkel einschließen, wird die Versiegelungsdüse (4) ohne anzuhalten in einem Zug um die Ecke (61) herum bewegt und während des Herumbewegens der Versiegelungsdüse (4) um die Ecke der Austritt von Versiegelungsmasse aus der Versiegelungsdüse (4) in die Randfuge nicht unterbrochen. Beim Umfahren einer Ecke (61) wird die Bewegungsbahn (79) der zur Ebene der zu versiegelnden Isolierglasscheibe (51) senkrecht ausgerichteten Achse, um welche die Versiegelungsdüse (4) verdrehbar ist, so geführt, daß sie von der Außenkontur der Isolierglasscheibe (51) abweicht. Bei Versiegelungsdüsen (4), die an den die Randfuge begrenzenden Rändern (60) der Glasscheiben der Isolierglasscheibe (51) außen gleitend entlanggeführt werden, wird die Bewegungsbahn (79) so gewählt, daß sie im Bereich der Ecke (61) von der Außenkontur der Isolierglasscheibe (51) weg nach außen und nach der Ecke (61) wieder auf den Rand der Isolierglasscheibe (51) zurück verläuft. Bei Versiegelungsdüsen, welche in die zu versiegelnde Randfuge eintauchen, wird die Bahn der Achse so gewählt, daß sie im Bereich der Ecke (61) von der Außenkontur der Isolierglasscheibe (51) nach innen bogenförmig abweicht.
