- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique d'un bobinage non revendiqué ;
- la figure 2 illustre un mode de réalisation de l'invention ; et
- la figure 3 est une schématisation du mode de réalisation de la figure 2.
L = 7 mm, et d1= d2=0,86 mm,
on constatera que n=15 et que la différence de potentiel maximale correspond à celle de 1365, spires soit 3 kV pour une différence de potentiel entre deux couches de 380 V.
Claims (3)
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un bobinage, notamment pour circuit haute tension de bobine d'allumage, formé au moins pour partie, de nappes de fils (5, 6, 7...; 20) sensiblement tronconiques accolées les unes aux autres de manière continue, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à:a) bobiner un fil sur un bobinot (8, 9) dans une première direction et sur une première longueur (L);b) continuer à bobiner ledit fil dans la direction opposée à la première sur une deuxième longueur (L-d1) inférieure à ladite première longueur;c) continuer à bobiner ledit fil dans ladite première direction sur une troisième longueur (L-d1+d2) supérieure à ladite deuxième longueur;d) reprendre les étapes b) et c) jusqu'à obtention du nombre de spires désiré, chaque étape b) étant conduite sur une longueur inférieure à celle des étapes c) qui l'encadrent dans la succession des étapes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel toutes les étapes b) sont conduites sur la même longueur (L-d1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel toutes les étapes c) sont conduites sur la même longueur (L-d1+d2).
