Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of board sports. It aims more specifically a shoe intended for the practice of cross-country skiing or skating on ice cream or on wheels. In the following description, the invention is more particularly described in its application to cross-country skiing, but the transposition to the field of skating poses no particular problem to the skilled person.
  • cross-country skiing can be practiced in two good ways distinct, namely on the one hand, the alternative pitch in which the skis remain parallel and the heels are raised alternately vertically from the ski. This practice is more popular with beginner skiers or for so-called recreational skiing.
  • a first problem which the invention proposes to solve is that of the easy transformation of a skater's step shoe into a step shoe alternative and vice versa.
  • the hole and the light are extended by an opening which is offset to allow the introduction of the axis and the cleat.
  • a such a maneuver is not very obvious to the user.
  • the user has tendency not to remove the collar to make the alternative step.
  • a second problem which the invention therefore proposes to solve is that of the ergonomics and the ease of fitting the collar, which is compatible with a effective retention of the collar and arrangements facilitating the articulation of the collar relative to the rod.
  • Such a shoe is characterized in that in the rod-collar assembly, one comprises a groove and the other comprises a rib disposed opposite one another on the external face of the rod and the internal face of the collar, said grooves and ribs forming two arcs of circle of the same radius centered on the center of the axis of the rivet, so that when the collar is placed on the axis of the rivet, the rib moves freely in the groove.
  • the necklace and the stem have complementary shapes which fit together to guide the joint and tilt of the necklace.
  • the installation of the collar and the interpenetration of the forms complementary formed by the groove and the rib is obtained simply by the introduction of the rivet axis into the circular housing of the collar.
  • the rib and the groove can be located indifferently on the collar and on the stem or vice versa.
  • the end of the groove directed towards the rear opens at the rear of the rod so as to allow the introduction of the rib inside the groove by tilting the collar rearward.
  • the groove has two ends closed, so that the introduction of the rib into the groove is carried out by deformation of the collar and / or the buttress, during the movement of positioning the axis of the rivet in the circular housing of the collar.
  • the circular housings drilled in the collar open down by an opening of dimension greater than or equal to the diameter of the axis of the rivet. In this way, no deformation of this zone of the collar is necessary for the placement of the collar on the axis of the rod rivet.
  • the housing of the rivet axis is not subject to any constraint mechanical, which limits wear and the risk of breakage.
  • the circular housing has a shape composed of a semicircular portion connected to a portion with two parallel edges, itself extended by a flared area, and facilitating the introduction.
  • the groove has at least one end against which the rib abuts when the collar is in the back position Max.
  • the rib has increased thickness at one of its ends to cooperate with the corresponding end of the groove and thus serve as a stop when the collar is in the maximum rear position.
  • a cross-country ski boot (1) is consisting of a rod (2) with which a collar (3) can be associated.
  • a rod (2) For practice cross-country skiing according to the alternative pitch, only the rod (2) is necessary while when the skier wishes to practice the skater's step, it is necessary that the collar (3) is placed on the rod (2) to ensure lateral support of the bottom his leg.
  • the rod (2) comprises a sole (4) comprising the arrangements intended to cooperate with the attachment (not shown).
  • This shoe (2) also includes on the top a lacing zone or means equivalents for tightening the foot.
  • the shoe comprises a buttress (5) which takes birth at the level of the sole and goes up to the level of the malleoli by wrapping. Obviously, this buttress is symmetrical and there are also on the side of the shoe not shown in FIG. 1.
  • the buttress has a rivet (6) consisting of a pin (7) which supports outside a button (8).
  • This button (8) has a diameter much larger than that of the axis (7), typically of the order of two to three centimeters, while the diameter of the axis (7) is of the order of a centimeter.
  • the buttress (5) in the variant illustrated in FIG. 1 comprises above the rivet (6), a rib (10) forming an arc of a circle.
  • the circular arc formed by the rib (10) has its center (11) at the center of the axis (7) of the rivet (6).
  • This rib substantially describes a quarter of a circle whose apex is located at the vertical of the malleolus.
  • this rib is of the order of a few millimeters.
  • this rib is produced directly during the molding of the buttress.
  • the collar (3) presented above the rod (2) comprises in known manner a upper part (12) intended to grip the lower leg and comprising for example a tightening strap (13).
  • the lower part (15) of the collar which extends direction of the malleolus comprises a housing (16) intended to receive the axis (7) of the rivet (6).
  • the housing (16) has in the upper part a semicircular portion (17) which extends downwards by a portion (18) having two parallel edges, this portion (17) ending in a zone flared having two divergent edges (19, 20).
  • this particular form of the housing (16) performs a function of guide for fitting the collar.
  • the collar (3) and more precisely its lower part (15) has a groove (22) hollowed out in the thickness of the internal face.
  • This groove (22) conforms to an arc, the center (25) of which coincides with the center of the circular portion (17) of the housing (16).
  • This center (25) is intended for come to coincide with the center (11) of the axis (7) of the rivet (6) of the rod (2).
  • the radius of the groove (22) is equal to the radius of the rib (10).
  • the groove (22) of the collar is hollowed out the thickness of the internal face of the collar and has a rear end (23) which opens out at the back of the collar, while the front end (24) forms a zone angular with the internal face of the collar.
  • the collar When placing the collar on the rod, as illustrated in Figure 2, the collar is placed on top (9) of the rod after being loosened and opened.
  • the housing (16) By a rearward movement, the housing (16) is moved so that the portion (15) of the collar (3) passes under the button (8) of the rivet (6). More exactly, the housing (16) is offset so that the axis (7) of the rivet (6) enters the interior of the housing (16).
  • the sides (19, 20) of the flared area of the housing (16) facilitate this implementation without the need to perform a careful positioning.
  • the axis (7) reaches the bottom of the housing (16) at contact of the semicircle area (17), the centers (25) and (11) of the rib (10) and of the groove (22) coincide.
  • the large diameter of the button (8) ensures a effective plating of the collar (3) and more precisely of its lower zone (15) on the buttress (5).
  • This tackle is necessary to ensure good engagement of the rib (10) in the groove (22) and avoid an unexpected dislocation of the collar.
  • the ratio between the radius of the button (8) and the radius of the arc forming the rib (10) is chosen to ensure optimal plating.
  • the cooperation between the rib (10) and the groove (22) also serves to collar tilt limiter backwards.
  • the collar (3) can pivot by so that the rib (10) slides inside the groove (22) until the front end (14) of the rib (10) comes into contact with the front end (24) of the groove (22). This corresponds to the maximum authorized rear position for the necklace.
  • the collar (3) can pivot by so that the rib (10) slides inside the groove (22) until the front end (14) of the rib (10) comes into contact with the front end (24) of the groove (22).
  • the rib (10) has increased thickness at its rear end, to cooperate with the rear end (23) of the groove and serve as a stop when the collar is in maximum rear position.
  • the invention is not limited to the embodiments illustrated, but covers variants in which the relative positions of the rib and groove are reversed, i.e. the groove is on the buttress (5) of the rod while the collar has a protruding area forming rib.
  • the groove (22) illustrated in the Figure 1 does not open at the back of the collar, but has two ends dug into the inside of the stem.
  • the positioning of the collar on the axis (7) of the rivet occurs simultaneously with the introduction of the rib into the groove by deformation of the zone (30) located between the outside of the button (8) and the groove (22) (see FIG. 4), possibly as well as the area of the buttress which supports the rivet (6).
  • the shoe according to the invention comprises arrangements which facilitate the positioning of the collar on the rod with a minimum maneuver.
