Abstract

Pulver-Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung, enthaltend einen Luftteiler (16) zur einstellbaren Aufteilung eines Gesamtluftstromes (6, 14) auf einen Förderluftstrom (54, 57, 70) und einen Zusatzluftstrom (56, 84, 86) , so daß bei Einstellung einer größeren Förderluftmenge die Zusatzluftmenge in einem vorbestimmten Verhältnis reduziert wird, und umgekehrt; einen Injektor (76) zum Ansaugen und pneumatischen Fördern von Beschichtungspulver durch den Förderluftstrom; einen Zusatzlufteinlaß (89) in den Luft-Pulver-Weg (76, 82). Der Förderluftweg (54, 57, 70) und der Zusatzluftweg (56, 84, 86) haben je mindestens einen Drosselkanal, der je durch mindestens eine Nut (40, 42) in einer drehbaren Welle (34, 36) und eine die Nut bedeckende Lagerfläche (39) gebildet ist. Die Nuten (40, 42) erstrecken sich in Wellenumfangsrichtung und haben von einem Nutanfang (41, 43) bis zu einem Nutende (45, 47) einen zunehmend kleiner werdenden Querschnitt, so daß sie zusammen mit der Lagerfläche (39) eine zunehmend größeren Strömungswiderstand bilden. Der Gesamtluftweg (6, 12, 14) ist mit den Nutanfängen (41, 43) verbunden. In der Lagerfläche (39) ist über der Nut (40) des Förderluftweges eine Förderluft-Auslaßöffnung (54) und über der Nut (42) des Zusatzluftweges eine Zusatzluft-Auslaßöffnung (56) gebildet, die sich je nur über einen sehr kurzen Teil der Nutlänge erstrecken.
