Description
Claims (8)
- Glühkerze mit einem Heizstab, der in einem Glühkerzenkörper angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Glühkerzenkörper aus zwei Bauteilen, nämlich einem Körperschaft (2) und einem Körperkopf (3) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Glühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Körperschaft (2) und Körperkopf (3) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien gefertigt sind.
- Glühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Körperschaft (2) und Körperkopf (3) unterschiedliche Oberflächenschichten aufweisen.
- Glühkerze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körperschaft (2) aus Einsatzstahl und Körperschaft (3) aus Aluminium bestehen.
- Glühkerze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körperschaft (2) verzinkt oder phosphatiert ist, und der Körperkopf (3) aus Alu bzw. aus vernickeltem Stahl besteht.
- Glühkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glühkerzengewinde einen kleineren Durchmesser als 10 mm, insbesondere 8 mm und weniger aufweist.
- Glühkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körperlänge größer als das 10-fache des Durchmessers des Körpers beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Glühkerze nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Glühstift (1) in den Körperschaft (2) eingebracht wird; daß dieses Bauteil mit einer Verlängerung bzw. einem Anschlußpol (4) fest verbunden wird; und daß dann der Körperkopf (3) damit verbunden wird.
